Ordered from here for delivery we had a slight mishap with our meal that was delt with promptly and professionally by the staff. The food tasted amazing we had two curry's and some starter bits and both were really well prepared looked and tasted great I really can't fault this little takeaway 1 bit from tonight's experience we will definitely be using them again.

2-3 Midland Road, EnglandI visited here with a couple of my friends some time ago and have only just got round to doing my review. My friends and I visited when the resteraunt was empty so we were showed to our table and service was nice and quick. When visiting Desi Tawa I ordered a Tawa 2 For Three To Four People, which consists Of Lamb Karahi, Chicken Karahi, Chicken Tikka, Galafi Sheekh Kebabs, Masala Fish, Veg Pakoras Nan Bread & Tandoori Roti served woth salad and sauce. The food was nice but nothing too special to be honest, I have eaten at many desi/authentic food places for Asian/Pakistani food and this one didn't blow me away. The whole experience was nice and good for a social gathering between friends as it's nice to all have a big Tawa I'm the middle to help yourselves off and the food was a reasonable amount, the £40 price I did think was a bit steep as it's nothing too grand really but overall for the area and the fact there's a lot of curry houses around there it's an acceptable price for the portion. The interior of the resteraunt is dine very nice and staff were reasonably friendly. I enjoy eating my food woth a water so I don't bloat myself too much and so all my food tastes nice and sits well but one thing I will add is fizzy pop is expensive here. Overall a reasonable experience and woth a few tweaks could be seriously good, has to improve a bit though.
