Tried to order using touchscreen that told me order not accepted. Customers waiting for food and staff talking behind counter. Went to the other food outlet at the services instead.
Service slow.
Food warm looked like it been thrown on the plate.
Salad cart empty.
Waitress spoke very quiet so couldn't hear what she Was saying .
No-one around to pay bill had to go to the bar
