Absolutely rude and unprofessional manager on shift! Ordered for a delivery after 40 minutes, which was absolutely fine as I know the drive through is closed so predicted they would be busy, anyway food arrived missing meal, chips undercooked, and mushy!! Drinks wrong decided to jump in the car and go down there when I was greeted by the manager, just wow!my child has better social and management skills!! customer service was not present, just completely rude no apology was given! Instead,me and my son got shouted at … I’ve sorted your food out haven’t i, yes at a push, you are a very rude person and to think you work around children is absolutely shocking! Well, actually people in general to be honest. We paid for a service and you didn’t provide it to be honest you’re letting the McDonald’s brand down! When the manager sorted the food still with a grumpy face towards us as a paying customer you clearly should’ve just smiled and said we are extremely sorry about that and we will cook your fresh foid right away, not question me and then making a comment because I got the drinks mixed up! Anyway, still huffing and puffing around just totally unprofessional towards the public you then gave us our food which I did check to make sure you didn’t just warm the food that we bought back up which I am going to speak to your general manager and asked them to check the CCTV because the box felt very hot on the bottom and the burgers nuke warm? Then you try to blame it on the Uber delivery guy, which then we said it wasn’t their fault it was McDonald’s fault as you undercooked the chips and food was missing and the wrong drinks were given, it was my son who is 15 that said no it wasn’t their fault. It was your fault!!! The thing is you probably was the one that packed it wrong !! anyway if you’re not up for the job, you might as well just pack it in, you was happy out the back while your staff members was throwing things at each other laughing away. It’s just when you come out the front of house you can’t cope. Maybe step down and go out of the back and let someone that has got a much more management skills than you have the job.

NEVER AGAIN! I have been supporting them since they opened years ago. Not any more. All the counters are now CLOSED. The only way to order food now is from what they call "kiosks". That is touch screens on posts. I managed to get one to come up with a list of options but the meal I wanted wasn't listed so I went to the counter and looked at the wall to check they still sell it, which they do. The hard-faced unsmiling female working there completely ignored me so I returned to the touch screen but couldn't get it to work so I tried two others but no menus came up so I walked out. Another business about to go down the pan through lack of customer service. Some people happen to have fingers that do not react easily to touch screens and I am one of them, so is my son. KFC has lost my custom forever unless they bring back humans as an option.
