The best restaurants serving American food in North West

was 124 Deluv, now grape and graze. charcuterie and wine for 2 = £29.95 didn’t like the wine included so opted for a different one at £1 extra (shiraz) ordered another bottle to be told that was the last bottle so ordered a malbec and asked if they could do at the same price as the shiraz and was told No! so paid extra £4 for that - cost wasn’t a problem but the attitude was - our waitress however was lovely we have been here twice before and had issues both times - won’t be going again!!! When Ray had the place then known as 124 Deli we went regular and he couldn’t do enough for us - he always went out of his way offering us wine to try for our opinion as he liked quality as do we but the wine included in the offer here is cheap and there isn’t an opportunity to try it - maybe put the cost up to £35 for 2 sharing to cover a choice of wine!!!

We have had a few orders from this place and some have been good but I do not like mayonnaise and they cannot seem to follow a simple instruction to remove it. Tonight's order not only had mayonnaise on it but the burgers were revolting and undercooked and the chips were just soaking in fat. We managed to get a partial refund through Deliveroo but I doubt we will ever order again.

I called in here while waiting at the hospital, the staff were very friendly and polite. I ordered a pizza, which was quite frankly, Amazing, I’m not sure who the ladie was who was preparing the pizza, I think I was Michelle but could be wrong. She brought the pizza to the table and asked if I would want any additional food or sauce. The pizza was excellent. The beer was great (I’m no stranger to holts smooth) and it was exemplary. The ladie behind the bar was very attentive I think her mane was Sarah? She was very chatty. Polite to all the customers. Sarah came over mid meal to ask if everything was ok. I really felt like a local who had been drinking here for years. However this was my first visit. It certainly won’t be my last. Great service. Great food. And great beer. Well done to the team at the grafton arms.

Food was lovely, but, we went really to play with the many dogs they look after next door in the dog playroom. It costs little to go in with staff members. You can sit in the quiet area on comfy sofas and stroke the tiny dogs a bit timid or elderly for full on play, it's so relaxing, the dogs will come to you, it's solely up to the animal if it wants to sit with you. They all usually want to. Then you can go play with the dogs. They love to see you. Staff look after you at all times. Its the most brilliant amazing dog experience ever. A million out of ten from my granddaughter. Service and staff brilliant too but the dogs are the stars.

Red velvet sweet red cookie with white chips. Confetti overly sweet and peanut butter deluxe one strangely grainy texture. Surprisingly gluten free cookie was yummy and balanced. Butter brûlée shop Leicester best for a quality cookie

Really high quality T Bone steak! Nice setting and service. We also had a marrakech pizza which was really good too.

Pedimos 3 lotes de pizza papas fritas y 3 perros calientes (el Cujo, el Scooby y el Beethoven) y el sándwich Lauren. Después de esperar 45 minutos para que llegara el pedido, al abrir la bolsa descubrimos que solo habíamos recibido la mitad de nuestro pedido (las 3 pizzas fritas). Así que llamé y pregunté cortésmente dónde estaba el resto de nuestro pedido, los empleados respondieron con un tono grosero y me dijeron que toda la comida había sido entregada y que no era su culpa, así que respondí que el conductor debió habernos dado nuestro orden a la persona anterior, esto no fue bien, luego me dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer ya que la comida había sido entregada, ella tenía razón pero la comida se había entregado a la persona equivocada. Entonces, cuando el conductor de la entrega regresó a Grilla Cheese, la señora con la que estaba hablando le preguntó dónde estaba el pedido, admitió que fue su culpa y resintieron el pedido. Alrededor de otros 30 minutos más tarde llegó con el resto de nuestro pedido, lo cual fue correcto esta vez, pero al abrir la comida, no había mucho para estar emocionado, los perritos calientes y el sándwich estaban empapados de grasa Andy aquí estaba demasiado lejos mucho queso, tanto queso que ni siquiera era un poco agradable de comer. Entonces, la combinación de la actitud extremadamente pobre del personal y la calidad de la comida, le doy al queso Grilla una calificación terrible, la única razón por la que esto no dio una calificación cero es 1, porque no pude y 2, debido a la entrega. I booked our table online, in the comments I noted it was a birthday, didn't need to though because it wasn't even acknowledged. We got to our table ordered drinks no alcohol is served and soft drink arrived in cans at £1.75 each, milkshake quite a wait for. we were offered glasses with the cans! The server we had I think was new at the job, which is fine but we gave her our orders at least twice. We asked for the starters first for us all to share, nachos, onions rings 2 cheese garlic bread came first and 2 wings,bbq and hot came 10 minutes later. 3/4 of the way through the starters the mains started to come out another server joined us and started clearing the side plates, but we hadn't finished. The mains started with 1 burger arriving no chips then we were asked again how many chips we wanted an what type, 5 minutes later one burger ate the rest of the mains came with the wrong chips on each order. Swapped them round with each other it was fine but one person in our group ate his burger on his own then ended up having his chips with the chicken wings from the starters all abit carnage really. Bob burger nice quite filling. Chicken burger lovely really juicy and the slaw had a bit of a kick to it. Fish burger was more like fish fingers than a piece of fish but still nice. Overall food not bad service a bit crazy.

This place is tired and needs a spruce up staff very nice food ok ,not sure I’d return unless tidied up a bit good location.

Not been in for a while so as the pub has been closed for a while but heard it was open again. So decided to pop in. Lacking atmosphere and not much in the way of welcome. Very quiet. No food but beer was good.

Our whole family network love this place as our local. Cheap deals and decent food. They get the order right and I have no issues. Spicy base with chicken and pepperoni and some chips and wings. Easy.

Ordered off Uber eats- milkshake nice - fries nice and peri peri sauce - the Cheetos chicken burger was grey like grey grey!

hoy visité a banger bro's y tuve un hot dog coreano, todo lo que puedo decir es WOW, normalmente no soy fanático de la comida chatarra, pero este hot dog era algo muy sabroso y lo más importante fue que se presentó muy bien.

Hannah and her team were excellent both during planning meetings and on the day. Lovely room. Allowed us to use own room decorator. Food simple but good and well presented. House wine choice is fine. The evening dj was excellent and his range of music suited everyone. Bar prices are a little steep for a private club but if you join as a social member you get 20% discount. Overall a memorable day
