The Street Food Kitchen in Rossendale

3rd time now waited for over 2 hours, the first time the order was wrong so i had to drive down to get it corrected, ordered the bacon frazzel fries for £4.50 for it to have stale soft crisps in with the fries, and the phone service is dreadful as no one ever answers!

We've been here to Street Food Kitchen many times and it never dissapoints. The food, the staff, everything is just brilliant. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and amount of food that is served. Tonight's dish (pic)was the Shish Tawook. It was as always delicious and a firm favourite for us. Lovely tender chicken with fries, flatbreads and dips. Bacup and the surrounding area is very underestimated but has some great food and drink. Street Food Kitchen is definitely a hidden gem and well worth a visit.

oh just dont. 2 quid delivery accross the road ( disabled) 15 quid for 2 breakfasts . very small. no one read the message to not add mushroom. the toast was white. literally had to do the toast while the food went cold. bacon and sausage bland and rubbery. toast should be brown and buttered while hot ..it was neither. no I'll not recommend this place . also never answer the phone. waste of time for a lot of money really

Ordered food, after two hours waiting and multiple unanswered calls still no sign of food or answer to calls!! This is the second time for late delivery and will be the last. Everyone understands delays but the ignorance and lack of communication is appalling!

We'd nipped to the Bacup makers market on the Friday evening and our noses were drawn to the Street Food Grub up stall as soon as we arrived, along with many others. We tried a taster box of their wares, and with minor issues of friers and customer orders, we enjoyed our first taste. So, Sunday we had to nip back into town and decided to try their Breakfast. They only do them on Sundays, and it was cold and sunny outside. Inside we were met with warmth, from the sun streaming through the windows, to the staff greeting us. We asked if we could split a full breaky, as we usually can only manage 1 of each item. They did so without any fuss, even plating everything up before serving. The coffee was excellent, and my wife's earl grey was a nice change. The food was cooked fresh, tasty, and for us, plentiful. So, why only 4 stars? I give 5 stars for something exceptional, and they were in that just under 4.5 stars category. Allowing for their excellent service and good prices, there were minor personal niggles. My only general recommendations would be to provide a small breakfast and to add breakfast/black tea as options to the menu. We will return.

Called in for a drink after the ‘Grub’s Up’ market in Bacup. We’d noticed this place on the way down to the market but couldn’t decide if it was a bar or a restaurant. On the way out, we decided to call in for a drink (turned out it was an eatery after all) but since we’d already eaten at the market, we just had a couple of drinks. In the end though, we ended up ordering a mezze as well. We really liked the atmosphere, the staff, the drinks, the mezze …and we’ll definitely be back with our boys for a night out.

Called in to give it a try having just moved back into the area and being a big fan of Mediterranean food. Wasn't disappointed. Had the Chicken Tawook, marinated chicken, salad, fries, rice, pitta bread, roast garlic dip. Really nice and at £13+ with a large glass of wine, a snip. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, can't recommend highly enough.

What a fantastic place. The food was stunning and the staff were friendly and professional. Some pictures attached forgot to take a picture of the starters but the prawns and halloumi were stunning..

Wow wow wow! The food was incredible - the mixed grill 😍😍😍. Drinks were amazing and customer service from Sarah was great too! Very attentive! Love the decor as well!

Lovely, delicious food always. Good drink selection within the bottomless brunch deal. Well worth the money.

Firs time visited as I was driving past decided to give it a go so didn't know the menu and looking for something that feed family maybe not to adventures on first visit . So not sure what I had it was chicken steak and great sauce offered rice or chips and half and half it was generous portion ,so for first time I can say very pleased taste was fantastic salad fresh sauce tasty steak tender chicken moist , think was protein box , So will go back next time check menu out prior maybe choose few extras , wait time read other revues, yes waited ages must been 15 min , was well impressed they sorted so fast on walk in not pre ordered I give them 5 star for first go . quality food 5 star speed 5 star , to me having to wait for quality not problem but I think this was quality but fast .

Take away....joke half an hour...an hour.....2 hours later no food...not the first time...If you cant handle it then pack it in...

Took two hours,to get my food.During that time,I got a beer spilt on me,I couldn't dry my hands.Good

Just ordered this evening on ubereats and my husband and I were very impressed. Extremely tasty food at a great price. The best takeaway we've had for some time. We will definitely be ordering again. Very impressed

Had a takeaway from here on Saturday via ubereats as wanted to try something different than the usual kebabs, curries and pizzas. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The food was soo tasty and good sized portions. I have already recommended to family and look forward to ordering again. I hope this restaurant survives the current climate as its do nice to have something completely different in the valley.

Very good service despite being very busy nice drinks and great food had the Swiss cheese burger platter really nice tasting with a lovely thin brioche bun tasty fries hot and crispy and couple of nice dips. Finished off with a lovely cheesecake. Fantastic value.

Just returned from a lovely meal. The food was excellent and great value and the service was great. We have had a few good takeaways from here and the dine in experience wasn’t a disappointment. Tables are also well spaced out.

Just got back from a wonderful meal. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. Very cheap prices (would happily pay 25% more). Overall an absolute treasure to have on the doorstep.
