The best restaurants serving American food in Hyde Park City of London, Westminster London

Very poor service. We had to wait over an hour for the deserts. Waitress even brought the bill before we had even had the deserts. I had to ask twice and the only way we got them was to say remove from the bill as we have not had them. No apology at all. I got the feeling this place is run on very little staff that cannot deal with trade. Will not use again. I will order a pizza to be delivered and would still get it quicker

Food is tasty and expensive. Staff are slow and seem baffled by the situation they've found themselves in 🤷🏻‍♂️

Usually get a McDonalds as we travel around just to see if there is a difference. - We ate 3 times across England over 5 days and this one was the worst by far.

What an awful place, service terrible, waited 20 mins for order, other people who came after me got their food first. Staff too busy chatting, would not recommend... So poor

Sydenham subway asked for a box to transport sandwich. Told only for online deliveries not instore paying customers. Do better subway poor customer service
