The best restaurants serving American food in Derbyshire Dales East Midlands

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our lunch at Bloom. The menu looked nice but the pork, lamb and prawns were not available, apparently because the menu was shortly going to be changed. It would have been helpful to have been informed of that before we arrived (they had my phone number and had texted the day before to confirm the booking) as very likely we would have cancelled the booking and tried elsewhere had we known. The food we ordered was not great. The burger and steak sandwich were OK but the fish pie was a bit tough and difficult to cut into and the supergreen salad was basically just a large pile of slightly lukewarm, undercooked vegetables plonked onto a plate, very poorly presented and unappetising. So, all in all, rather a disappointment.

Great service and choice of food .One of us is gluten intolerant the chef discussed what they could have food was excellent for us both. They had great choice of drinks too .

Thank you Habib's! Really freindly and efficient service. Crispy fish and really good chicken tikka kebab in naan bread with nice salad. All in recyclable containers!
