Where else would you see a cafe surrounded by several flocks of sheep? 🐏🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑 On a Welsh mountain side in the middle of the Brecon Beacons, that's where! What a unique and enjoyable experience; sipping hot freshly made coffee, munching a lovely bacon 'butty' with the breeze blowing through the valley. Plus, a 'captive' audience, each one of the woolly creatures in the audience hoping for a free sample from my bread roll. No luck there I'm afraid. Good quality burger, fresh bun and great service from the proprietor. Will definitely use again.

Celebrating a birthday meal with family and was extremely disappointed to be turned away due to having a baby. It was not a child running around causing chaos, it was a very well behaved (and quiet) baby in a pushchair. Very upsetting to have birthday celebrations ruined. Would not recommend.

Booked for the 3 course small plate afternoon lunch/dinner priced at £13.95.The menu isn't huge but enough to choose from. I honestly don't know how they charge so little not that I'm complaining. There is also a choice for Vegans which is great. We sat outside as its not dog freindly inside, but we knew this when we booked. It was a beautiful day so problem at all, the building itself is so lovely and the gardens are equally as nice. Our food came and I must say it was so nice, very well presented, tasty and hot. There were 2 male staff and they were great. I'm so impressed with the food, service and location. The perfect afternoon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 course meal at the unbelievable cost of £13-95. Excellent value. Everything was really tasteful and was served by friendly Connor and Harvey. The homemade chips were delicious. Shall be returning soon for another experience of their weekly lunchtime food. Diolch yn fawr.

This is pub is a unknown gem just outside Hirwaun on the back road of rhigos a mile or so from zip line well worth the vist food outstanding hot served promptly to all guests in party of 40 very well presented on time hot and delicious outstanding value service from start to finish locals very friendly will definitely be returning to this local pub to support Chris and staff highly recommended you will not be disappointed booking recommended also serving Sunday lunch looking forward to going ASAP
