The best restaurants in Inverness Ness-Side Highland Highlands and Islands

First time I’ve been to this cafe. You get large portions nearly to much for me . Will return. The food and service was 5 * and a nice quiet environment 👍

My wife, myself and our dog Thea visited here when starting the NC500. The decor, staff, food, quality, and service were all fantastic. Scrambed egg, hot salmon and avocado were delicious. Great coffee to. A hidden gem!

With friends for afternoon tea, welcome when we went into the hotel.also chef came and acknowedged us and welcomed us in to the diningroom,food was fabolous lovely selection and plenty of it ,refills of tea and coffee were no problem ,definately the best afternoon tea we have had for a long time 👏👏

Oustanding food and experience. 3rd time at the Rockpool in 5 years and wish I could lived closer. The taste of the food is, as quoted by nearly all reviews, outstanding! This time I had stone bass, served with nectarines, the flavors were amazing Nothing can be added to the comments that are not already made, except to reinforce you must book way in advance during any holiday or weekend period, you will not be disappointed

As a frequent customer I have to say, I always get excellent service and with a smile. Yesterday I needed assistance with dairy free, and Morag couldn't have been more helpful and was knowledgeable on the products. My friend was delighted with her Empire biscuits and myself with the birthday cake. Highly recommend to locals & visitors to Inverness

Don't know what's happened to this place, it used to be really good but the service is now completely terrible. The guy trying to serve on the counter didn't speak any English at all, I mean come on. Apparently only the manager is the only one that answers the phone, takes the money and does the cooking ??? What in the world is going on
