The best restaurants in Belfast

We went for a large gathering for a birthday party, 19 people in total. When I 1st made the booking the lady I spoke with was amazing. With having a large party and knowing there was a large party in just before us we didnt expect to much as staff would be rushed off their feet. How wrong was I, the waitresses were amazing and NOTHING was too much trouble. Im so glad we decided to eat there.. the food was absolutely beautiful and everyone was stuffed.. thank you so much for making the night amazing for us.. well done the staff to looked after us.

Got Christmas menus, take a way, it was the best Christmas meal, I have been out in the last 2 weeks having Christmas dinner in restaurants, cost plenty, but don't hold a candle to Gallopers, everything was perfect, hot , gravy, cranberry, everything was delicious, recommend this place most highly. Well done Gallopers

Had the PULLED PORK burrito and it was to die for, reasonably priced and served with a smile! Would recommend

ok i go to this place every now and then and never fail to come out happy .they are happy people .today i got a turkey ham salad sandwich with coleslaw and it was a belly buster and for the price you pay you have just stole a meal it was class..thank you girls ..

I have been meaning to call in here for a while but today I was fortunate enough that I was eating dinner on my own. I had the lamb doner kebab. The portion size was good, I know it sounds weird but I would have liked a little more salad. The main reason for opting for a kebab for dinner was the thought that I might most of my 5 fruits and vegetables a day. I’ll know next time to ask for a little more salad. Friendly staff and good value tasty food.

Been going here over 50 years food is great . And the chicken curry and fried rice is fantastic and enough for 2 people . Also try the chicken and green pepper with black bean sauce .

I was in Belfast last December for the first time…. (I am from Cork) the breakfast experience started in the queue waiting for a seat, it was a cold Sunday December morning, when staff handed out little hot chocolates (for free), went in ordered, paid. The staff were SO NICE, SO FRIENDLY, SO SOUND and had a great sense of humour!!! The food was 12/10 absolutely not one fault. It was by far the nicest breakfast I have ever eaten out!! I think about it regularly hence the review almost a year later. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to go again. Food, customer service and setting 12/10.

The worst kebab I have ever had in my life absolutely disgusting to say the least Shredded chicken and something that they called Donar meat … even the dog wouldn’t eat it

I’ve been visiting a friend in NI and this was a lovely stop-off on the way to city airport. The space feels airy and clean, beautifully decorated and full of plants and displays that highlight and celebrate the local area and its history, perfect for a chill brunch. The menu was full with lots of different choices of bagels and toppings (so much that it took me a while to choose!) in the end I went for an Everything Bagel with Hello You filling (halloumi, bacon, hash brown and hot honey) and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice, it was delicious. I even bought a gift for my dad in the adjoining record store! I had such a good time that I wrote a fridge poem about the place (see attached photo). Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, by clearly an amazing team. They listened to us on the bar and met every need we may have over a long night of drinking. A special shout-out to Connie (Manager) and Greg (Supervisor) Would recommend a visit if you are in the area and have a lovely chat with the bar staff.

He escuchado comentarios encontrados sobre este lugar, pero las pocas veces que he comido aquí la comida ha sido caliente, sabroso y abundante. Genial para rápida comida casera.
