I've been on the search for the best jerk chicken in Leeds, I've been a lot of places. This place takes it! Loved seeing it sat there on the BBQ outside too.

Worse Spicy Singapore fried rice ever! Taste is equally bad.Fried chicken wings was so amateur made ...I wondered who made it! I wasted £22.50. To think I turned my nose at a famous eatery (starts with M) because I wanted cooked food. Never again and would not recommend unless you want to waste your money like I did. Cash only too ! Friendly and staff though. Told me nicely the direction of cash point!

Great fish and chips excellent service by Emma and other staff members. Group of 53 served fantastic. Tea/coffee, fish, chips with sides, bread and butter with ice cream puddings. Nothing too much! Catered for a big group with excellent timing for all! Thank you once again!

Ordered takeaway off Uber eats and took over 2 hours. As they use their own delivery drivers you can’t check the status of the order. Rang numerous times and lady on the phone just kept saying “he round corner”. Then had the cheek to text me and say he’s outside now, I was standing outside for 20 minutes before he turned up so whoever’s in charge of the phone is a blatant liar.

Today Saturday the 4/3/23 I was in the store on St Mary's Street Leeds I saw a white or cream recliner chair with out a price on it. I asked a members of staff and he told me it was £30 after a bit of a discussion I said ok thats was fine. I left the store for 30 mins and came back to pay for the chair now the price was £70. I told another staff member about the discussed price and he said its £70 take it or leave it. Emmaus is no longer a charity shop as the are only interested in getting as high a price as they can well some of the staff that work on the shop floor. Buyers be aware of items with out prices on them they say one thing then change there minds about it.

I have ordered a few times over the last couple of weeks and the service was spot on the fish was of a good size for the price bigger than other fish in the area that I will not be using again delivered hot no problems great service
