Popped in on 24/11/24 for Sunday lunch. We walked in at 1pm on the off chance of their being a table available. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome and looked after wonderfully by Fiorinda and the team. Perfect level of attentiveness from the waitress (apologies I've forgotten her name. Slim, young, dark hair, beaming smile) without being over the top. We opted for the Mixed Sunday platter for two and a wonderful array of meats and veg arrived on our table. We finished the meal with a lovely Tiramisu Tort and Chocolate Cake and a nice punchy coffee. Lovely food, and charming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

We had previously been to the plough and harrow before it was under new management and was very happy with our meal. This visit we was so disappointed with the food. The money they are charging is beyond belief. The belly pork was a tiny slice and was mostly fat and a tiny bit of meat. Also the hunters chicken was floating with grease at the bottom of the dish and the meal was cold. very disappointed with the food and the price
