Called in for "tea and cake". Amazingly good cakes and a big cuppa. Truly amazing. Gonna make a beeline for it if ever we visit again. The staff were friendly and the eating area clean.

Great atmosphere, very welcoming environment. Great selection of drinks. Lovely little beer garden with onsite parking. All round great little pub.

Cheryl made our wedding cake last year. We had cup cakes and a top tier cake. They were the lightest sponge to can ever imagine. She has also made a couple of birthday cakes for children. Cheryl has a fine eye for detail and listens to what you want

If you're after a pizza and you are close to Wellington market, try this place. The dough is awesome, the pizza is top notch and the service matches the quality of the food, the owner will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, you will not regret eating at this place.

Are here many times. Great food & lots of it. Friendly team & great service. Tried to rebook for a couple of days ago, to be told fully booked until current owners retire today (29/01). Gutted. Hope this place is taken over by new management who keep it going with the current team, minus the retirees. Just wanted to say thank you to all for some really great evenings. So sad... but enjoy your well earned retirement. Thank you!

Can't believe there is only one review here! I remember years ago when kfc made fab chicken with that soft herby bit between the skin & the chicken....then they stopped doing it and now make just dry chicken with tasteless coating. Well the chicken at TFC is like kfc USED to be....only better. Even my kfc loving grandkids have said its loads better. Their wedges are delicious...like mini roast potatoes in a lovely coating...we add garlic mayo. I've eaten fried chicken in several countries and this is honestly the best. Home delivery too.

We only found this place two days ago and have been back again today. The food is delicious and very cheap without any compromise on quality. The staff are lovely and the place is spotless. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic Pizza 10/10. A level above the rest. Caters for Coeliac customers with Gluten Free Pizza. I have been a regular here for the last 6 months and they have not let me down yet.

I must say this has to be one of the best takeaway experiences I've ever had. The food was fresh and seasoned well. I had the curry goat with rice and peas with fried dumplings the balance of the spices were spot plus the portions were good, no holding back there. We will most definitely be returning for our next takeaway pretty soon.

visited after recomendation, well worth a visit good homemade food, nice sunny location in the greenhouse or outside, proper full breakfast is recommended, then a sneaky icecream for on the road, nice to walk round the garden center aswell

Excellent day out. Can't fault it at all. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Good food. Lots to see and do. Don't miss the war of the Roses jousting well worth a see good fun very well done. Castle grounds are stunning.
