Ordered food here to be delivered at home. My order was completely messed up, only thing right was the chow mein. Everything else was not what I ordered, despite me leaving specific notes.

They are one of the best oatcakes in Stoke-on-Trent and very nice with bacon and cheese they melt in u mouth mmmmmmmmmm

Ordered food on-line, says 45 minutes. 1 hour 15 and still not arrived. I phoned the shop and they didn't seemed to be interested that I hadn't even arrived. Still waiting almost 1 hour 35 When my food finally arrived, my order was wrong. This place has gone down drastically. I won't be using them again
