I love the food from village spice. Everything tastes good. The staff are all very friendly and make me feel very welcome. Make sure you try this place!! Very good value for money and great portion sizes.

First time ordering from here and did not disappoint! Fast delivery, not my local go to but food was hotter than local takeaways upon delivery. Excellent taste, can't comment on the atmosphere as I ordered online but I'm sure your a pleasant bunch. Chips were fresh and not soggy Thanks will be my first choice for Indian food from now on 👍🏼

Food has gone down bank it's not bad but not brilliant

We’ve ordered from this takeaway for years and it never ever misses! Food is always piping hot, quick delivery doesn’t matter if you order on a weekend or weekday and the quality of the food is consistently brilliant every time. The curry is the best curry around and the meals are amazing value.

Top tier kebab. Not had something so packed with salad, chicken tikka, donner & sauces. Peshwari naan was a delight. Think we've found our spot for takeaway spot.

They all have big black beards and don't ware beard nets to stop hair from going into food. Iv had to pick hairs out of my food twice now and the donner meat isn't even fresh when you expect it to be at tea time 5:20 pm. When it's just opened. The naan bread was hard and the donner meat was more like most burned bits on it. I was looking forward to a good kebab but i didn't get a proper good fresh one

An absolute local grem! I’m not a big fan of spice but the rest of my family are and this place always caters to everyone’s tastes. Highly recommend the Bombay aloo and biryani.

Chicken had a burnt taste and kebab meat was shriveled up probably the worst takeaway I've had in along timy chips cold not worth the money.

I'm fussy wer I eat and iv finaly found local takaway the food is great the pizza are the best iv had the staff are fantastic realy friendly definitely be returning

I ordered the Chicken Tikka Massala pizza. The biggest mistake ever. The sauce was bright pink/purple and tasted mainly of coconut. Lots of coconut. I managed to eat a small slice but could not go on. I'm not sure why there was coconut in my pizza as it can't be found in any Tikka Massala recipe that I can seen. Never again.

Fantastic food and plenty of it, naan bread to die for, first time ordered from them, fast delivery. Great choice, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had two orders from here in the last fortnight. Can't fault it myself, Friendly staff, Hot food and always full of flavor.

Few months ago I gave 5 stars, but second time in a couple of weeks waited 2 hours for food. When it arrived I have never seen so much greese, we had to take the wrap off as it was soaking wet. If I was in a restaurant I would of walked out. Will be finding a new place, such a shame as been going since opened.

Been useing village spice since they opened but just lately the food has gone downhill when you ask for salad you just get lettuce and onion. Ordered a biryani tonite i asked for it to be very hot and when it came it wasn't. Naan bread was cold. Think i will be finding somewhere else from today...

For a small "village" I'm surprised how many good rating this place has. I've had from here a few times and always disappointed by the quality of the food. The chips are always too hot as if they have been reheated, sometimes the takeaway carton it comes in had melted. The currys always arrives cold even though I live a stone throw away. My pizza is 50/50, either its okay or burnt - same goes for the garlic pizza. Donner meat will sometimes arrive cold which again we live very close to the takeaway. Oh, and sometimes they pack your cold drinks with your food so that your drinks are warm when you receive them.. I'm not saying avoid this place but be prepared to be possibly disappointed.

Chips were soggy and tasteless, burger was full of gristle, the pizza tasted oddly sweet? Nothing was enjoyable. My partner and I also have an upset stomach the following day. Sorry but I would not recommend!

Don't know how there are one stars. Iv been using for years and tonights food has been the best so far. It's always fresh, well cooked honestly never had a bad meal. Foods lovely

Never eating from here again. I ordered at 17:00 and only had to wait 3 hours for my food. It may have been a Friday night but 3 hours is to long for a customer to wait for maybe they should go back to school and learn how to look after their customers.

Have from here all the time there food is always excellent and staff very polite highly recommended

Used to regularly use this place but ordered at 16:30, it's now 17:43 and still no food.

Really friendly staff and beautiful food. Repeatedly return time and time again.

I had ordered a doner meat and chip value box and paid £4.50 for it. The chips were soggy and I had 1 strand of doner meat sitting at the bottom of the box. The chicken was dry and honestly disgusting. I had then paid £4 for 6 chicken wings and the box was falling apart and burnt and in an unacceptable state, I will not be goin back there again!

Very good food, delivery could be quicker but well worth the wait.

Had a chicken balti there was loads of water on my plate and the balti tasted of nothing let down as it was a good take away

Ordered a takeaway for me n the girlfriend. While mine was okay, her chicken tikka wrap was stone cold and slimy as though it wasn't cooked properly at all. Threw it away. Bit of a bad first experience really.

Found 2 big black hairs in food !!DISGUSTING!! Not only once but twice Iv had hair in my food !! Need sort there hygiene out !! Nobody wants to eat hair in there food !! Absolutely disgusting

I don't think hey read the note. As I asked for the sauces separate, but instead I had a container of lettuce mixed with mayo. Not on the kebab.lol, also a piece of chicken covered in mint sauce not to mention what was on my can of coke. Very messy. No salt and vinegar on m chips like I asked, and they were cold. Over all I give it a 2/10 pretty annoyed.

The onion rings were a soggy disappointment, but the burgers were fabulous. The dinner meat was really good and I liked their chilli cheese ball thingies! Would use again.

Sloppy mess, all the same colour nothing to differentiate between the meals. Soggy bhaji's, odd chemical flavoured popadoms. Just not nice, not we know why it was so cheap.

Food was alright but lacked a bit flavour even for the items on the extras menu. Still very good however and would eat here again easily !! Lovely service the delivery man walked to the top of a hill to bring me my food!! Ten out of ten service. Would recommend.

Absolutely love the pizza from here, very recommended if you want value for your money! Chips are nice thin fried more so. Food always cooked properly.. So I'm guessing what more do you want?

Paid a 5er for a pitta bread and some very dry steak. After ringing the take away I realise I'm supposed to assume that if you want salad you need to write it in the delivery/allergy box as some people don't like salad. I stupidly thought kebabs came with at least a bit of lettuce on them. The steak was very dry and tough, it ended up in the bin.

I've been ordering from here for a long time and the food is always great with fast delivery. However I ordered a kebab on my last order and asked for salad and chilli sauce on it but it came with just doner meat in a naan bread, not what I asked for and very plain so it would be nice if they read the comments on the orders but otherwise top job.

Very quick and reliable, but the curry was not great. Ordered a paneer and got a very tomato bland curry sauce with little bits of cheese in. Not good.
