The best restaurants in Penkridge West South Staffordshire West Midlands

Called in Friday 28th Feb ,not been in here for over 20 years thought I'd give it a go on way to rugeley,asked for a cone of chips ,they only do a small one at £2.70 !! No small sausages only big so had just the chips ,they looked as if they had been there since the 21st of Feb ,not good ,go again ? Not for another 20 years if I'm still alive ,get ya selves to madeley fish bar Telford and see how they do it ....or cottams in shifnal

Came here with the family for food last night. Hadn't booked, so we were lucky to get a table as the restaurant was pretty full and (as far as we could see) there was only one young girl serving (her name was Lilly). Despite that, she managed to make us feel welcome and looked after; she literally didn't stop! Steak was delicious, but this could've been a very different review. Would suggest that the restaurant needs to look at their staffing levels, but well done Lilly, you did great!

£14 for worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Basically a goldfish in batter it was that small. Place filthy, and whatever you do, don’t look up at what’s on ceiling and fans above you. First and last time eating here. Go to the pub next door for food!
