The fish burger was completely burnt but still took nearly 20 minutes to cook the food No improvement in 3 months since the last time i went .never again

Meal for 8 in a secluded part of the restaurant, service was excellent throughout, no problems with any of the orders or food, very pleasant evening, would definitely come again.

Food was mediocre The reason being no butter with the wife’s jacket potato which was cheese bacon and mushroom ie no moisture so butter was needed and also my breakfast had 1 completely melted butter for a slice of toast which barely covered a cm squared to expensive IMO for the amount and quality:quantity

Great food, large portions and a friendly service.

We met up with friends here as it was a midway point. The food was excellent, we all had the Sunday roast and it was delicious and I’m not that much of a roast dinner person, I had turkey and there was plenty of meat that was far from dry, along with Yorkshire pudding, mashed and roast potatoes and a selection of of fresh veg, with lashings of gravy. It was very busy but the staff were friendly and we didn’t have to wait long for our food either

A first visit here on a Wednesday lunchtime following some recommendations from friends. We were not disappointed and the food arrived quickly considering it was busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will return soon! Best to book which is very simple online!

Hemos estado aquí varias veces, y es todo lo que un pub de campo debe ser. La comida es casera - cocinado, sabroso y generoso en tamaño de porción. Apreciamos especialmente la elección de platos vegetales. El entorno es muy cómodo, y todo está impecablemente limpio y ordenado. El personal es amable también. Deja espacio para el postre, son deliciosos.
