Food always hot and portions are very generous

I'm a very good customer and been going to this restaurant for years. And always recommend. I was very shocked and disappointed.nb 1 how I was treated after finding chewing gum in my onions. Yes a little apology from the waiters then the meals came out all three did not taste right the waiter tasted all three meals and agreed and took them back .I feel I should report them .I would of expected them to contact me for explanation. customer services needs improvement. i returned my wrap after biting to taste there was hardly any sauce .. the girl took my wrap opened it up showed to work colleagues then returned with the same wrap, i was disgusted and her facial expressions showed she didn’t care .. your staff needs training to know to put customers first .. so customers are left pleased not displeased.
