The best restaurants in Winkleigh Torridge South West

It was just as good as the reviews in 2021. We found it by chance and was so glad we did. It added to the short break we were having

A lovely, friendly cafe with freshly made food and great coffee! This is my fourth visit here, I only visit when coming to Winkleigh and I always come back. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely, my only feedback would be that it would be nice to have a couple more vegan options. I opted for avocado on toast and my partner had the veggie breakfast without egg and both were delicious.

Phenomenal 'Duke of Pork' - belly pork with stuffing and black pudding on mash with lots of lovely gravy and a rarely found steak and kidney pudding make a superb Friday night meal. We had a very enjoyable evening in this quirky but very traditional pub.

Not open when advertised, traveled to try there breakfast, very disappointed as nothing else in the area, we checked the opening times before leaving but on arrival no one around apart from other disappointed customers

Friendly welcoming staff were covid aware and brewed a great latte to take away. If you prefer real coffee to a tea shop it’s definitely worth popping off the main road to take a short stop here.
