Long drive from Mansfield, but it was well worth it . Reception staff lovely ,even up graded our room upon arriving for nothing. Drinks reasonably priced, food was lovely and well presented would definately recommend thankyou to all staff who were very attentive but not in your. face . face .

True fine dining in elegant surroundings. Delicous food, exquisitely presented. Mushroom starter to die for. Duck main course extremely good. Wish we didn't live so far away!

Lovely local pub. Great food and warm welcome. Always have had a good meal when we have gone. Highly recommend if you are in the area

Went for a what we thought Sunday roast well not great firstly a skip parked in the disabled bay and a sign on the front saying enter through spa this should be posted on line and also told when booking we where the only dinners on a Sunday lunch we had the platter very Spanish which was a bit strange then the 12hr slow cooked beef tough and full of fat the best part where the vegetables all in all not great and they should update the website with menu this many years ago was a lovely place to have food afraid not any more
