Fantastic. The fires were roaring, which was great, as the weather was bitterly cold. We were made to feel very welcome, and the staff were lovely...nothing was too much trouble. As for the food...oh my goodness. It was the best food I've ever had in a pub. I thanked the chef, as it was like eating in a restaurant....quality and skill. Very highly recommended......🙂

Stopped off whilst travelling up the M5. We rang ahead to book but although fairly busy there were lots of available tables. Had the veggie roast which was pretty good. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent first visit. A cosy old fashioned country pub with real fire and good food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped me bring in my mother who was in a wheelchair. Recommended.
