Great Fish and Chips and hospitable service from Martin and Julie.

Phoned, on the way back from Weymouth (usually booked up, but we were squeezed in). We both had fish and chips, which we both thought was the best we had ever had. Thick juicy fish, light batter, chunky chips and mushy peas. The staff are polite, cheerful and efficient.

A friendly pub with good food and beer. Job done!

Lovely 16th century inn. Rooms ok for a base to use for nearby attractions. Cooked breakfast was very good. Geoff was everywhere, doesn't seem to stop. Really nice place to stay.
