Very disappointing. We came here once before and we were very impressed but this time the batter was burnt black in places.

First visit to this really lovely pub and the food, staff and service were excellent 👍. One of the very best Sunday lunches we've ever had. Cooked to perfection and gravy was amazing 👍👍 Staff so friendly, will definitely be visiting again.

A very good two night stay, everyone works hard to make it a good experience, the bed is comfortable, a high standard of cleanliness everywhere, a well cooked good choice breakfast & lovely people.

Lovely 16th century inn. Rooms ok for a base to use for nearby attractions. Cooked breakfast was very good. Geoff was everywhere, doesn't seem to stop. Really nice place to stay.
