The best restaurants in Lelant and Carbis Bay Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

A loverly beach side restaurant/bar. We visited during the off season but the overall pricing and ambiance didn’t really match. The service was extremely slow for how few people there were in the restaurant, however the starters are good but for the price it seems quite high, but the drinks are worse £5 for a glass bottle of coke is quite frankly a joke. The location is loverly but the prices of drinks especially soft drinks is just not good, but the handmade crisps were loverly.

We visited The Beach Club Restaurant whilst staying at Carbis Bay Hotel. We had such an amazing dinner, the food was absolutely delicious and requiring Gluten Free options (Coeliac Disease) wasn’t a problem at all, both Kim and Georgiana were really accommodating and super friendly and welcoming! We can’t wait for our next visit, if you’re looking for a warm welcome, amazing food and beautiful beach views, this is it!

We had lunch in The Orangery. My husbands fish and chips was very nice however I had the steak. I can honestly say it was the worse bit of steak I have ever been served in a restaurant. In hindsight I should have gone for the fish and chips can’t go wrong with that.

Was nice to be able to stop and have a light bite after visiting Carbis Bay beach for the afternoon. A bacon sandwich each, beer and an ice cream, with a seating and a stunning view, can't complain.
