despite the open sign, I was asked to leave the premises 3 minutes before closing time

So called kebab just completely fell apart when picking up. I don't think it was toasted at all. Greasy . Won't visit again.

Service on arrival was good, albeit the young lady didn't really seem to know what she was doing. Food was OK, however one item on the mixed grill was awful. We were never offered any money off for booking and staying overnight, even though the menu seemed to imply we should have done. The rooms were tiny, bed uncomfortable and overall the place was 'tired'. Breakfast was awful, Service was poor, not what I paid for

This is our local Costa and we don't normally use a café so close to home, but it was raining, so we took a break and a coffee here. It is just as any Costa Coffee should be, predictable but reliable. They were cleaning even the ceiling lamps when we were there, so they must take cleanliness seriously, even though some tables needed to be cleared. Happy to come back again when it rains.
