The service was slow and rude and the food was poor quality. All the tables downstairs were dirty so we had to sat upstairs, waited a long time to order and then a further 30 minutes for 2 cold waffles to arrive which had no flavour and tasted similar to cardboard. We fed this back and the male member of staff offered to make them again much to the woman staff members reluctance. We waited another 10 minutes to chase up our drinks which still hadnt arrived and again female staff member was rude and unapologetic. Eventually over 45 minutes later our drinks and marginally better waffles arrived, we considered returning them again for a refund but didnt feel staff were approachable so left them half eaten and left. Contacted customer services who were equally uninterested. Dont waste your time or money.

Meh. Come on ASDA, this is a poor effort. Could be brilliant. The space is great but a sixth form design student with a small budget could transform it from utter boredom to something better. Divide the space with 1.5m fences. Foamex pictures of food and smiling colleagues around the walls, remove any cool white lighting. Add many more pot plants (fake will do). Signage to direct customers. Centre pieces for tables. Basic stuff to convert from a works canteen to something your customers deserve.
