The service was slow and rude and the food was poor quality. All the tables downstairs were dirty so we had to sat upstairs, waited a long time to order and then a further 30 minutes for 2 cold waffles to arrive which had no flavour and tasted similar to cardboard. We fed this back and the male member of staff offered to make them again much to the woman staff members reluctance. We waited another 10 minutes to chase up our drinks which still hadnt arrived and again female staff member was rude and unapologetic. Eventually over 45 minutes later our drinks and marginally better waffles arrived, we considered returning them again for a refund but didnt feel staff were approachable so left them half eaten and left. Contacted customer services who were equally uninterested. Dont waste your time or money.

Avoid at all costs. 1 star is a star too many. We went last night and it took an hour and a half to get all our food. A coffee took one hour to make! Several other tables complaining of same thing, one even got a refund. Staff couldn’t care less. Toilets absolutely disgusting too. Place should be closed down.

Actually really disappointed in this place. The cookie dough desert was nothing like the picture on the menu. Feel absolutely ripped off as it’s not cheap. It was missing many ingredients. It was rectified but still feel like they’re taking the p1ss. I’m all for writing a great review but this really did disappoint me. I don’t plan on going there again I’m afraid.

Called in here at 5pm on a Sunday, place was empty with 3 people behind the counter. We entered and stood by the sign that says 'wait here to be seated '. So we waited and waited, got the attention of the people behind the counter and still waited. Then one of the people came out and started going upstairs so my wife said to him shall we just find our own seats. He replied something incoherent and ran up the stairs so we waited for him to come back down and asked him again and he totally ignored us. We waited another few minutes and then left. All in all we must have been stood there for more than 10 minutes and the place was empty. Never again.

Buena variedad y muy buena calidad de los productos ofrecidos. Es ideal para quienes gustan de saborear algo dulce. Recomiendo los waffles y los helados, especialmente el de dulce de leche! Es muy bueno.
