Mac Shack in Southampton

Ordered off of deliverroo and both Macs had what looks like mold, went through deliveroo to get money back and two secs later Mac Shack had removed all Macs from thier menu...🤔 Seems to me like they bulk cooked ages ago (long enough for mold) and just add the fresh toppings.

Ive ordered on deliveroo. On the menu it said dough balls are served with garlic butter, no butter was present with delivery. Dirty fries was supposed to be topped with spring onions, that was missing. And hot chick as the title is self explanatory, you would think it would be spicy 🔥 as it was supposed to arrive topped with red chillies but that was also missing. My whole experience is like shopping on AliExpress - you see nice pictures of items, but what you receive is completely different than the pictures and often disappointing.

The deliveroo app for this place keeps printing stuff out to my printer. Stop connecting to it, you're wasting my ink and paper.

Absolutely disgusted with this place and deliveroo. FIRST ORDER NUMBER: 2780 SECOND ORDER NUMBER: 1842 Order two days ago from here 2 mac n cheese and garlic bread, 2 cokes and fries. They missed one of the mac n cheese meals so complained to deliveroo who only refunded 8 and the mac n cheese cost 12. Fair enough mistakes happen. Order today, the exact same thing has happened on an identical order and now deliveroo don't believe it and won't do anything. This place is an absolute joke and there is no number to contact the restaurant to complain. If you want a complete order and hassle free experience DO NOT ORDER HERE as they can't even get a 2 person order correct. Order twice, got messed up twice and not even been refunded and on top of that made out that I've lied about it! Shame as in honesty the food is really nice but at £12.75 per mac and cheese considering you only ever delivery 50% of the order i can't afford to keep donating money to a company who can't even get an order correct. Order twice, messed up twice, don't bother. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOW ACTIVELY INFORM PEOPLE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE
