It’s Saturday, at lunch time. Only three other tables have some very depressed people sat, eating some very depressing food. No bell on the counter, staff hidden in the ‘kitchen’, a surprised lad served me (you can do better than this job, time for your loved ones to stage an intervention). It’s seems that to ask to have a Tuna Melt melted is a surprise, who knew. This place has given up. I’m wondering what will spring up in its place once the contract has expired.

Kids eat for a pound is awesome but the service of the staff is terrible. They never greet you with a smile or say hello it's just "what you want"and when the food is ready it's just slammed down in front of you and then the server just walks away. The guy that served us was really miserable! I guess you pay for what you get!! Take the kids during half term but don't expect any service. If it isn't half term avoid this place like the plague!!!

I popped in for a hot drink at 15.30 on a Thursday. The only hot drink on offer was decafe coffee or tea. The coffee was a sachet as their drinks machine wasn't working. No staff about at all, when another lady came in at 4.oo she was told they are closed. The website says 6.00p.m. overall a disappointing visit.

The old phrase of "you get what you paid for" holds true here. We only paid £14 to get meals for two adults and two children, but the selection was severely reduced, as they had run out of most things. The food was mostly edible, but things like Garlic Bread were more akin to bricks that bread, and couldn't be eaten. The kids pasta and meatballs looked like a microwave meal and very unappealing. The staff did not seem happy to be there, let alone be serving in the counter. We also found the toilets to be low quality or unusable. The disabled toilet and baby changing room (seperate rooms) was decent quality though.

What’s the point! No one in this country seems to want to work with pride or respect for the customer anymore!! At least I can say this knowing I care about my job and work hard.. no one seems to want

Always get our pizza from here - we drive further to go to the bitterne branch as they always taste so much better and are always fresh, hot and tasty with a good amount of cheese.

Raw chicken. Do not waste your money or time! I have since found countless bad reviews for this place saying the same thing. Going to report to the council
