The best restaurants in Merrow Guildford South East

On 17/02/25 at 21:40, as I chose the wrong deal,I had to cancel the order and the staff (a non- British man with beard )took my bank details and promised me that, I will get a refund within couple of working days. But still I haven't received the refund. When I try to contact the shop, they disconnected the call and never attended the call again.

The food is nice, service is great. They have a really good demeanor. Jabed and one more person ( whose name we don't know ) were waiting on us that night - they were both amazing! We felt very welcome.

Went last night with a group of colleagues (consultants at the nearby hospital) and one of our hospitals executives. Ordered a burger at the bar. A clearly very angry and aggressive Waitress brought out the dish. I helped her by taking the plate and placing it in front of me. She scoffed and turned away to leave. My colleagues asked if she could get me some cutlery. She was very disinterested and left , never to return again. I helped myself to napkins , cutlery etc in the end. The food was nothing special. Burger was under seasoned and the portion of chips was tiny. I will not be returning

Always had a lovely visit, went this December,saw a notification of closure of the cafe after 8years. Very sorry to hear this.

The cakes here are So delicious. My dad and I enjoyed the lemon cake. We very much enjoyed the Victoria Sandwich cake on a previous visit. It's the best Victoria Sandwich I have ever had!
