Very clean and close to mine longmoor Lane

Made to feel very welcome excellent menu and staff. The portions are massive. We ate from the earlybird menu and the doggy bags we took home were more than enough for 2 the following day. Will certainly be returning

Hadn't planned to try Saffron express, nipped in on my travels, ordered food and waited.... Over an hour (which is why I only rated 2* for service) I mentioned this to a member of staff who spoke to chefs and got my food within 10 mins so not the best experience HOWEVER from the minute I walked through the door it was obvious they were behind on orders and working really hard to catch up, witnessed many people ringing to enquire about their food orders and delivery drivers constantly in and out with food. The food itself was delicious and well portioned, I will make a point of visiting again and hopefully getting my order more quickly next time, the kitchen is open so you can watch the staff prepare your meal and hygiene standards seemed good 👍

My twin brother and I were walking down Longmoor Lane to meet up with family and friends in The Black Bull Pub when we decided to drop by The Farmers Arms Pub for a quick pint ,been here before on many occasions over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking pub, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside, its just a really good pub to unwind in. We ordered a guinness each, these were served in pristine condition, poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub while we sipped our guinness. My guinness was absolutely superb, thick,creamy and most importantly iced cold, its hardly a surprise that this pub is so popular with guinness of this quality. We both really enjoyed our guinness in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Farmers Arms Pub we had a great time. The Farmers Arms Pub is easy to locate along Longmoor Lane. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, midday till 11pm. Friday & Saturday, midday till midnight. Sunday, midday till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Hygiene in this place is non-existent. Staff touch their mouths or hair and money, then touch the food. I watched as 1 woman coughed into her hand then prepared someone’s food. It’s pointless wearing gloves if they touch the money then the food but don’t change the gloves in between. I’ve been a few times over the years, really hoping that it would have changed. It’s recently changed its name but, the hygiene is still the same unfortunately.

Very nice little place and very cheerful service, suggestion is to park inside Nelson's Business Park - the location is a converted Gate House opposite the cemetery. Edit: Google pin location has been updated since the review.

Lovely food, huge, cheap and friendly staff would recommend to anyone with a big appetite

Mi hermano gemelo y yo nos reunimos con familiares y amigos en el Black Bull Pub, antes de reunirnos nos dejamos caer en The Tiny Tavern para tomar una copa rápida, hemos estado aquí antes en muchas ocasiones, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita. Una taberna de gran aspecto, el interior es magnífico, ligero y aireado, un llamativo bar de servicio domina la habitación principal, gran decoración y mobiliario y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por toda esta taberna y en nuestra visita maravillosamente o si eso es espeluznante adornado para el período de Halloween, es solo una taberna muy buena para relajarse. Pedimos un guinness cada uno, estos se vertieron de la manera correcta, incluso dando tiempo para el asentamiento muy importante, nos relajamos y empapamos de la gran vibra en esta taberna ocupada y popular mientras bebíamos nuestro guinness. Mi guindilla era absolutamente soberbia, una guindilla fría espesa, cremosa y lo más importante helada rebosante de sabor y muy fácil de beber sobre todo cuando servía helada fría como en esta taberna. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestro guinness aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cada otra visita a la taberna Tiny nos lo pasamos muy bien. La Tiny Tavern es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Warbreck Moor. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, abierto de 10 am. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

Waited 2 hours for our delivery, I kept ringing for an updated but my call wasnt answered, was about to order with another takeaway but it arrived, I was expecting the food to be soggy and cold with coming from fazakerly. The food was piping hot, delicious and not even soggy. Totally understand the delay due to the weather but a courtesy call would have been appreciated, but that goes to all takeaways. Will definitely recommend and will order again. Thanks

Estaba conociendo amigos en el Black Bull Pub, pero antes de reunirme con mis amigos me pasé por el Prince George Pub y lo pasé genial. Un pub de gran aspecto, el interior es magnífico, con múltiples habitaciones, gran decoración y mobiliario, un bar de servicio de estilo isla, pantallas grandes para disfrutar del deporte y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este pub, es solo un pub muy bueno para relajarse. Mi hermano gemelo y yo estuvimos aquí en un domingo por la noche, Arsenal v Liverpool que se muestra en el pub que estaba absolutamente lleno, pedimos una guinness cada uno, estos se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones, se vertieron de la manera correcta, incluso dando tiempo para el asentamiento muy importante, nos relajamos y vimos el fútbol mientras bebíamos nuestra guinness. Mi guinness era absolutamente soberbia, una guinness fría espesa, cremosa y lo más importante llena de sabor y muy fácil de beber, era tan bueno estar en un pub tan encantador disfrutando de una cerveza de calidad y se sentó con mi hermano gemelo, mejor compañero de cerveza del mundo. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestra guinness aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cada otra visita a The Prince George Pub nos lo pasamos muy bien. El Prince George Pub es tan fácil de localizar a lo largo de Longmoor Lane. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, abierto desde mediodía. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.
