The best restaurants in Central Liverpool North West

This was an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. Adrian was so knowledgeable and made sure everyone was put at ease, particularly those of us who knew very little or nothing about wine tasting. To taste so many different wines correctly, made me think twice about what to choose going forward, and not to think that cheap is best. You only get what you pay for and these wines are among the best I have tasted. It was a 5 hour experience which I would certainly do again. There was time to write notes and a follow up email to confirm what the costings were and what the wines were. There was no pressure selling at all but I will be looking to purchase from Wine Unearthed. I would certainly recommend anyone who loves wine to attend one of these functions, and those who are perhaps not a big fan, to attend too because you might just learn something very interesting.

Antes de comenzar una semana de vacaciones en Berlín durante el período de Navidad, mi hermano gemelo y yo decidimos saltar el tren de Kirkby al centro de Liverpool y visitar algunos de los grandes pubs por los que nuestra ciudad es justificadamente famosa, un pub que visitamos fue Ma Egerton's Old Fashioned Pizza Shop. Un gran pub de aspecto, el interior es soberbio, oscuro, cálido y acogedor, de dos habitaciones , un lindo estilo isleño que sirve bar, decoración pub y mobiliario, fotos de teatro y estrellas de cine adornando las paredes y hay un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este pub tanto en el interior como en el exterior, es simplemente un pub realmente bueno para relajarse. Estábamos aquí en una noche de diciembre amargamente fría, pub estaba ocupado con un gran ambiente, un estudio rápido de sus cervezas reales y ambos optamos por tener Greene King Brewery rockeando Rudolph pale ale, estos se sirvieron en condiciones prístinas, nos relajamos y empapamos de la gran vibra en este pub ocupado y popular mientras bebíamos nuestra cerveza pale ale. Mi pale ale estaba muy buena, una pale ale crujiente, con lúpulo, toques de toffee, un delicioso aroma y regusto con un acabado suave, una pale ale clásica británica servida en un pub británico clásico. Ambos disfrutamos mucho de nuestra cerveza pale ale aquí antes de seguir adelante y aunque nuestra visita fue solo fugaz como en cualquier otra visita a aquí nos lo pasamos muy bien. El Ma Egerton's Old Fashioned Pizza Shop es fácil de encontrar en Pudsey Street, detrás del Liverpool Empire Theatre. El horario de apertura es; Lunes a domingo, mediodía hasta las 11 pm. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

We found this jewel in the crown purely by accident, and so glad we did! We were greeted by a friendly waitress, who took are order quickly. We had a few small generous plates, king prawn, pork and potatoes. The truffle emulsion was absolutely fab, and complemented the dish wonderfully. We finished with a strawberry waffle, which was delicious. We will back to taste this wonderful chefs dishes!

Recetas veganas muy creativas, prueba el "inglés completo" tan bueno incluso si no eres vegetariano / vegano. Un entorno encantador y tranquilo, un oasis en medio del bullicio del centro de Liverpool.

La bollería, el café, los pasteles, los quiches y el pan fresco son deliciosos. Servicio amable. Y un ambiente encantador y relajado.

We visited after the refurb and it looks lovely. The food was absolutely amazing!! My husband had the full English and loved it! Said it was the best black pudding he’d ever had. I had the Times Special and it was soooooo nice!! For the children they offer to make up small versions of anything you like. We will be definitely back again - the buttered toast was delicious!!! X x

Charming hidden gem cafe in Liverpool. Very friendly staff, fresh sourdough baguettes and Parisian-style sandwiches, delicious choux pastry treats in a range of flavours, home made cookies, and delicious coffee. Treat yourself and go here, you will leave with a smile!

Una historia de 2 viajes. Fui en mi propio medio - tarde - tenía café y deliciosa rebanada de pastel, excelente servicio. Llevó a un amigo a desayunar al día siguiente. El desayuno completo viene en un pan tostado - un poco extraño, pero está bien. Un amigo pidió un sándwich de tocino con salsa marrón: le dieron un sándwich de salchicha con salsa roja, pero decidió no quejarse. Mi desayuno completo sin huevo tardó años en llegar - me dijeron que habían añadido huevo por error. Un amigo encontró envoltura de celofán dentro de su pan tostado y decidió que no era comestible. Entré hambrientamente en la mía y descubrí más celofán - fue bastante asqueroso. Mi amigo decidió donar un café de £ 3 a un cliente sin hogar, y mencionó el celofán al hacerlo. La mujer a cargo se puso bastante agresiva y dijo que era la piel de salchicha. No lo era. Moraleja: el concepto es genial, pero ve a tomar el té de la tarde no a desayunar.

Love this place , love the beer , it recently changed management and is now closed until further notice. Shame. Had a beer tasting night here and it was fantastic. Hope it reopens again soon.

We paid a quick visit. The bar was friendly and clean. We ordered Taco's and Chicken. Both were good. The street is quite popular. Could be a problem for parking in the evening. Well worth a visit.

Just enjoyed a delicious lunch at Ferguson’s Bakery. Highly recommend a visit, quality fresh ingredients and great value. Will be returning!

podrá disfrutar nuestro bacon de aquí y es fantástico, la comida es buenísima y buenos precios. Hemos probado varios lugares en la zona y es fácilmente el mejor.

Excellent food and service. Fantastic hostess. The food is fresh and served in a great environment. 5 star health rating. One of the best Thai meals which we have had in a long while.
