The best restaurants in Newham London

Ordered after a trip to the local spoons and could not recommend a better after-pub takeaway. Portion sizes were incredibly generous and the food was brilliant. The lamb doner kebab was without a doubt the best I have ever eaten, and the chips with chilli sauce was also great. Also ordered a can of coke and was sent 5! 10/10 would recommend

Their break the silence burger sure broke my silence 😋 an amazing burger filled with two gorgeous 100% smashed beef patties, Cos Lettuce, Red onion, tomatoes, US cheese, and house made might n right sauce served in a homemade Artisan Bun. The burger patties were so fresh and meaty and delicious and you could really tell how good the quality was and all burgers are #halal too ! The burger looked a beauty and it sure tasted amazing .. the flavours were great the sauce was on point and the bun so soft and fresh too definitely can tell it’s a homemade bun too- sure do love their secret sauce! 😋 The chips were crinkle cut just how I like them. They were very fresh and covered in their special cheese sauce- their cheese was much better than other places I’ve ever had cheesy chips from as it doesn’t go hard and clumpy and stick to the box- it stays lovely and runny. All of their food was piping hot and I can’t fault any of it one bit - maybe the only complaint was that I didn’t have double what I had as I loved it so much 🤣🤣🤣🤣 thank you so much guys your food is 10/10 from me 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 banging burgers. Si te mueres por auténticos del sur de India Chennai Biryani, este es el mejor lugar para ir! Los precios son muy decentes y no importa pedir una porción extra para el sabor. El tamaño de la porción es bastante menor en comparación con otros restaurantes, pero es bastante bueno.

Very welcoming friendly little restaurant in Barking 250 yards from the station. Excellent Jamaican cuisine. Not expensive. Well worth a visit if you like Caribbean food.

As the name its always fresh and nice. I used a different kind of juice all of it more than good. You will find this Juice Factory in the Most of London area.

Wenzel's bakery is a popular bakery in the North East of London. At first I thought they were German from the name but it turns out to be Jewish after talking to the staff. The staff was knowledgeable about the bakery items which was really impressive in this day and age. Browsing the bakery items, I was impressed at the selection as they had your regular iced doughnuts, yum yums, London Cheesecakes, Swiss buns, Belgian Buns etc as well as fancy bakery items such as cronuts. I really appreciate they call the Swiss buns by their proper name even though you can call them iced buns or iced fingers so I ended up getting one. By default, Swiss buns are topped with white icing but that day it was yellow and checking up on them another day it was white. For the sake of the photo, white would have been better and more traditional. I didn't have any expectations for Wenzels because it looked like another fancy bakery but their Swiss bun which cost 80p was surprisingly good. It had a nice chew topped with a balanced layer of icing. Personally I didn't like the yellow colour but that was the only complaint. Will be trying the yummies next and it's good to see they offer Belgian buns, Swiss buns, plain sugar donuts, London cheesecakes and fancies.

We stayed in the Roomzzz hotel close by which has kitchens (love the hotel too) and after our dinner reservation with a famous Indian Restaurant on the other side of London was cancelled by the restaurant, we tried this one out. What a great dinner we had, not expensive and very nice people (they even delivered the food after 30 minutes, so it was freshly prepared) and the food was delicious.

This place scores a big zero for ambience. But hey! Who's looking at the surroundings when tucking into the tastiest cheeseburger I've had in ages. For £7.50 it comes with fries and a can of soft drink as well as some lovely garlic mayo and ketchup.

Wow! I’ve been aware of roots for the last few months, as it has been very popular in East village with residents but today was the first time I was able to go with friends. I was not disappointed. We drank out way through most of the cocktail menu, each one was delcious and wonderful well presented. The tastes are great and the presentation (dry ice is a lovely touch) is amazing. The bit that makes Roots stand out is the great customer service. They were very attentive and the head bar man was more than keen to come over, talk us through the menu and advise what cocktails would best suit our palettes. There was plenty of staff around who were keen to help and serve. Overall we paid £50 each for 5 cocktails, which seems a lot if out of London but the service and choice makes this a London bargain! I could not recommend visiting enough, this bar will quickly rocket to the top of trip advisors list, so get in soon!

The night we went, there was a singer performing by the name of Yuri Sabatini he was wonderful, the food was excellent and so was the service, we were five people 3 had seabass and 2 had the chicken I highly recommend it was very reasonably priced nice decor good atmosphere
