Buns On Fire in Newham

Ordered 2 bottles of water, but only got one; no milk with the tea and coffee was horrible. As we only ordered those drinks this time, it was a bit of a disaster!!

Lovely pub, with a small but efficient menu and friendly service. Great find !

Food was great, prices reasonable, nice atmosphere. Will return!

Had a fabulous takeaway which was freshly made as we waited. I had haddock and chips with curry sauce. My wife had battered sausage and chips, she was very satisfied with her meal. Both were very good portions Here's another good tip, we told staff it's a pity they didn't have a seating area and the lady pointed out they had an agreement with the public bar, called Queens Head, next door where we could take our meal in there to eat it, just buy a drink which we did and bar staff made us welcome. Remember to do the honourable thing and take your empty takeaway boxes and wrapping away with you. Overall a very enjoyable meal.

A massive plateful with olives,croutons.cucumber,tomatoes and good lettuce and leaves more than I could eat and cheap
