The best restaurants in Thurlow Park Lambeth London

Una salida en grupo para comenzar nuestra semana de juego. Qué noche maravillosa. El personal es encantador, la comida increíble y las mesas están dispuestas muy espaciosas, así que un montón de espacio para un gran grupo de 13. Los precios son muy razonables y no nos dieron prisa al final.

Have been here in several occasions for lunch and have found it the best place in Tulse Hill for a sandwich. Only go if you have an appetite as they are huge - the pastrami or mackerel and beetroot one are highly recommended

The fact that more people haven't found this place is criminal. They have the cheesiest food in London. Their croquettes are pure deliciousness.

Got a takeaway from here yesterday was lovely. Very friendly staff - offered advise with regards to what dishes go well with one another. Highly recommend!

Had Jerk pork which was amazing! Great shack next to the Village Masalhe. Worth a taste, it's yummy!

The coffee is really great! None of your generic nastiness here, it really tastes as coffee should. The staff are really friendly too 🤩

Came here for brunch whilst visiting family. The staff are very welcoming and the food lush. The full English washed down with a mug of tea, hit the spot.

I went during lunchtime so the service was really good. The raw prawn in seafood sauce was amazing. The cocktail was a bit watery but it was very pretty. I also had the lao papaya salad with full spice, it could have been more sour, not sure what was missing but it was just ok, same with the chicken wings, a bit underwhelming. The sticky rice was perfect though. Will go again to try other menus 🥰

Very friendly staff overall doing a fantastic job.The best thing about the restaurant is the kitchen,always quick and on point, specially Lorenzo is the greatest pizzaiolo and his pizza is 100% italian.Also a very attentive manager who will do anything to make sure you had a pleasant dining experience.The environment is clean and The music choices are perfect

Realmente disfruté de ir a Café Salva hoy. Elegimos sentarnos dentro, así que experimentamos el saludo amable que el propietario da a cada cliente que entró (a menudo 'ciao amico mio! ') El café era excelente y también tuvimos un delicioso bollo de canela y dolor au chocolat. Había frascos de conservas y productos para untar del sur de Italia expuestos en estanterías en su interior y hemos comprado algunos para probar. Hemos notado un flujo constante de clientes, así que obviamente este café es popular en la zona. Sin duda volveremos!

Love coming here, the food atmosphere are great but the lovely family team that run it are the real stars. Breakfast is superb and even an extra sausage on a separate foil tray for my little springer is no problem at all. This cafe is one of those places that make living in London just a little nicer. Right across from the park too so just right for the woofer. Looking forward to breakfast here again as soon as lockdown ends.

Came in for Valentine’s lunch to be sold there’s no chef we asked when the chef would be in and she said she don’t know. No apology miserable as hell.
