This restaurant is allowing kitchen staffs to leave the working area to throw some pieces of cucumbers to an Asian young lady customer. I reported this to the manager but they did NOTHING but saying it was just a joke, and that pasta chef was laughing. I felt bullied and disrespected. This is not acceptable at all as a joke. Disappointed with how rude the kitchen staff was, how carelessly the management showed, as well as the hygiene issues as they were playing with the kitchen ingredients.

Desde el momento en que me enviaba Beas' para solicitar información sobre el servicio a la medida, pastelitos servicial, racionalizar pedidos y eficiencia fue excepcional. Los bizcochos eran simplemente espectaculares y mi amigo lloró cuando vio que ellos (incluso sabía increíble). Recomiendo Bea's a cualquiera que quiera bizcochos deliciosos para una fiesta sin estrés o simplemente para disfrutar.

I went inside the shop to buy a birthday cake. There was another customer waiting already there. After approximately 10 mins the owner arrived, and serviced the customer very slowly. In the meantime, there were more customers arriving at the shop after me. I was the only one who was wearing a mask, and others seemed not to take covid measures. When it was my turn, I start asking question to the owner about the various cakes there were in the window. I asked a couple of questions, but he ignored my last question and started chit chatting with other customers (not in English) that have just arrived. I explained I was in a hurry and then he rudely replied to me asking me to decide quickly. When he answered to my question, I chose the cake, paid and left. The cake was tasty, and of good quality but I am not returning back after such a rude/poor behaviour.

Although slow in getting out my order out it was immediately recognised by manager who offered me a complimentary coffee…it’s so nice to feel really valued as a customer, something many businesses don’t seem to value. This was the complete opposite in Pret the day before when I had to leave most of my egg sandwich which was made with dry, stale bread. When asked why it was left I gave an honest answer and he just said sorry and took it away. Thank you Gail’s for treating me like a valued customer
