The best restaurants in Stonebridge Brent London

I had a terrible experience at this Nando’s at Wembley Park. The restaurant was completely unprepared for the number of customers, and the staff were clearly overwhelmed. They were running around, visibly stressed, trying to fix missing or incorrect orders, drinks that never arrived, and ridiculously long delays. Ordering was a nightmare. Only one till was working, and the person using it had no idea what they were doing. The queue was almost out the door, and it took me 30 minutes just to place my order. Several people ahead of me gave up and left to eat elsewhere. When the food finally arrived, it was completely disorganised. My friend’s meal came 10 minutes before mine, so he was already finished by the time I got my main course. Then, 15 minutes after my main arrived, my starter finally showed up. The worst part? I found a wooden toothpick (presumably from olives) inside my Fino Pitta, mixed in with the chicken. I usually enjoy Nando’s, but this visit was beyond disappointing. Chaos, terrible service, and a food safety issue—definitely won’t be coming back to this branch anytime soon.

What a lovely place, Simple and priced well, but the food is off the chart good…Lentil soup as good as my Mim’s and Chicken Shish Taok so tender and perhaps the best I’ve had - potions aren’t huge, but quality is huge!

Este lugar era mi lugar para un sharwma de pollo rápido, ya que la consistencia era visible en términos de sabor. Lamentablemente las últimas 2 ocasiones han sido una decepción ya que el pan khobez se ha vuelto duro como una roca y muy masticable. No estoy seguro de si lo están poniendo en el microondas o qué porque eso es normalmente lo que sucede cuando lo haces. No escribo comentarios normalmente en absoluto. Pero espero que la dirección lea esto para rectificar esto, ya que solía ser un gran fan de este restaurante.
