What a lovely place, Simple and priced well, but the food is off the chart good…Lentil soup as good as my Mim’s and Chicken Shish Taok so tender and perhaps the best I’ve had - potions aren’t huge, but quality is huge!

*WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE* My friends and I (who are Black,White,Asian and Arab) book at table for a birthday dinner at Mood Lounge. We wanted to experience the food and culture and from the moment we walked in, servers looked at us as though we were lost. We let them know we have reserved a table for 7, but we're given a table for 4/5 people. We asked to be moved to another table next to us, which sat 7 people, but was told no as they're reserved for others. We let the know we made a booking for 7 and after some back and forth, they finally added a small table to ours, which we were great full for. However this was only the start of things..... As this night had a DJ, everyone was dancing, enjoying themselves and recording the experience, but our table was told that we were not allow to record and was told to delete our videos with dirty looks from a particular worker. Yet everyone else was doing so. Our black male friend was constantly given disgusted looks by the same worker (in a green top) if he clapped or showed interest in the traditional dancing. We ordered our starters which were fine but when it got to ordering our mains, we found that everyone around us had their food before us, even though we ordered way before everyone else was there. We asked 3 times about the ETA of the food but for 2 hour we sat there starving and ignored. When questioned why we were being ignored, staff would not tell us what was going on until our Arab friend spoke to them. From here they looked scared and apologetic but mainly to her then the rest of us. We asked for the bill to leave as we could not wait any longer and let them know if the racist behaviour of their staff members towards us. We spoke to the manager to let them know of out experience but we could see that this would not change anything as they really just wanted us out. I honestly would never go back here due to the experience and would never bring friends or family here EVER.

This place was a very vibey place to eat and was very enjoyable. i definitely recommend this place for friends, couples and even if your solo. The food was outstanding and brilliant. i loved everything about my experience to this lounge. i purchased the buy one get one free burger deal and thought it was a bargain because i was able to buy a delectable and luscious meal for such a cheap price. The staff were well-mannered , considerate and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Got a buy one get one free burger deal. Or so I thought... This place is the definition of false advertising. The two burgers were small as f***, one looked an apple, the other looked like a tomato. Why the f*** were the buns coloured that way? Disgusting to look at, horrible to eat. Chips were soggier than piss-stained cardboard. Avoid at all costs.

Was looking forward to having breakfast here after it's recent refurbishment. Unfortunately my daughter had a hair in her breakfast and couldn't continue eating. I then found one in mine as well so we had to leave. The waitresses who were very nice apologised and offered us another breakfast but we declined.

Quiet time with only 2 other tables with diners. Perfect as we had time constraints as off to a show. Sat waiting for about 10 minutes. 2 separate large parties came in and were sat either side of us. Both tables were seen to, one even having their drinks brought out. We were still sat waiting to be acknowledged. Got up to walk out and when said we were leaving as we were fed up of waiting, just got an abrupt “Ok” response.

Would give the service 0 if I could. Rude from the start. Went to order and was greeted with “what do you want”. Got our order wrong and after 30 minutes of lying to us saying our food is on the way they came out and said it was our fault they got it wrong and we will have to pay again if we want our order. Filthy inside and easily the worst service I’ve ever had.
