The staff is super friendly. I had a very good coffee and a delicious breakfast. You can order hot meals, snacks and they also have some desserts and smoothies.

Love when I get to come into the office because it means I can get a coffee & food from District. Friendly staff, great coffee and I am still drooling thinking about the breakfast bap I ate...bloody delish! When London reopens I will, for sure, be bringing friends here for coffee and brunches

This is a nice place to grab a bite or a refreshing drink before making your way down Portobello Rd. Ali is always so friendly and our children love to stop and visit every time we go by. He has delicious crepes both sweet and savory, a selection of sandwiches and hot dogs as well as ice cream and waffles. You have to try one of his homemade juices, they are so refreshing in the summer time.

I recently ordered two large pizzas from the Domino's at London - Surrey Quays using the app. While one pizza was deliciously perfect, the other one turned out to be too salty. I decided to email my feedback, and to my pleasant surprise, Khalil from Domino's gave me a call the next day. Khalil was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about my experience. He asked about the details and assured me that for any future issues, I could call the restaurant directly for immediate assistance. His warm and caring approach turned a minor hiccup into a great customer service experience. Khalil, you truly are a pizza hero! Your dedication to customer satisfaction is top-notch, and you made sure I felt heard and valued. If only every customer service experience could be as wonderful as this one! Thank you, Khalil, for your exceptional service. Domino's is lucky to have you on their team, and I'll definitely be back for more pizzas (hopefully less salty next time)!😋

Deliciosos, cajas de comida sabrosa y particularmente generosas, bien lleno y un servicio impresionante. Las carnes a la parrilla son en el lugar y los olores son muy atrayentes. . . Definitivamente digno de probar

This is the new name of the Friends House restaurant (not to be confused with the Quaker Centre Café and bookshop upstairs). It is open for lunch only from 12 to 2. The decor is greens and blues with a leaf motif. There are tables with comfortable chairs and booths. The food is entirely vegan and vegetarian, and very inventive. Mains (£7.95) include chestnut mushroom stroganoff with brown and wild rice, vegan "fish" and chips, and a lentil and seed burger. There are also lighter dishes at £4.50 (which can be upgraded to a main dish), including a Shallot Tarte Tatin, and soup of the day with a roll is £3.95. There is a range of desserts at £4.95 (including a vegan coconut crème brulé) and various non-alcoholic drinks. You find a table, order and pay at the counter and the food is brought to you. Service is quick, efficient and friendly. Seed Kitchen is perfect for workers on a lunch break or if you have an hour to spare before catching a train at Euston. Seed Kitchen represents excellent value for money, especially compared with the run-of-the-mill offerings at the station across the road.

Wenzel's bakery is a popular bakery in the North East of London. At first I thought they were German from the name but it turns out to be Jewish after talking to the staff. The staff was knowledgeable about the bakery items which was really impressive in this day and age. Browsing the bakery items, I was impressed at the selection as they had your regular iced doughnuts, yum yums, London Cheesecakes, Swiss buns, Belgian Buns etc as well as fancy bakery items such as cronuts. I really appreciate they call the Swiss buns by their proper name even though you can call them iced buns or iced fingers so I ended up getting one. By default, Swiss buns are topped with white icing but that day it was yellow and checking up on them another day it was white. For the sake of the photo, white would have been better and more traditional. I didn't have any expectations for Wenzels because it looked like another fancy bakery but their Swiss bun which cost 80p was surprisingly good. It had a nice chew topped with a balanced layer of icing. Personally I didn't like the yellow colour but that was the only complaint. Will be trying the yummies next and it's good to see they offer Belgian buns, Swiss buns, plain sugar donuts, London cheesecakes and fancies.
