Heard good things, so went for a Friday night dinner. Kicked things off with some olives (delicious) before moving on to a couple of pizzas and a bottle of house red. Haven’t tasted pizza this good since I was in Napoli... we’ll be back!!

So glad we had an opportunity to visit Johnny Take Ue’! YTD my favourite pizza in London, clearly there is no competition with all the others, these guys are way ahead of the game. The dough is just perfect, crusty enough, soft and full of air; the tomato sauce is probably best we’ve tried in London, perfect ratio between acidity and sweetness. The mozzarella was awesome too. I couldn’t be happier last Friday, when I realised my next favourite REAL Italian pizzeria opened in my neighbourhood. The environment is predominantly takeaway but the restaurant has some cozy (and very clean) tables. Giovanni (the owner) is a very funny character and was extremely nice and friendly with us! We’ll definitely raccomend this place to anyone, the pizzas we had were so yummy! Jonny Take Ue’... hope you’ll take over east London! 🤞🏻

Highly recommended. I had Margherita and it did not disappoint! The service is lovely and the prices very reasonable.

I came here for a late night munch and absolutely loved it! The margarita (£8.50) was delicious and the portion offered good value for money. The owner, Johnny, and his maestro were brilliant hosts and even let me take part in a little pizza-making session. Highly recommended!

I went there yesterday, the place is simple and cosy, no fuss just real amazing Neapolitan Pizza. The owner and the Pizzaiolo are funny and open for a good chat. I had a provola (smoked mozzarella) and pepper as the owner recommended, it was as I were back in Naples. The pizza was light and easy to digest the ingredients were fresh and authentic. I will be back and I definitely recommend it!

This pizza place is incredible - I have been three times within 2 weeks and, hands down, every time I went it was the best pizza I have ever had in London. Giovanni (the manager) is from Naples and he knows his business. I love that they focus only on pizza and the result proves them right!

I am Italian and have been living in London for 8 years - this is the best pizza I've ever had in this country and that's all there is to say. The dough is exceptional, you can actually taste it and it's very digestible (unlike most other London pizzas..). You'd be a fool not to try it!

Visiting with a friend in Shoreditch, London. We just happened to walk buy this shop while looking for a quick bite. The manager and pizza chef were extremely inviting and you could tell they really care about their ingredients. My friend and I were blown away with the quality of the pizza we recieved. I had just been to Italy a few weeks before and had amazing pizza there, I'm 100% serious when I say this was even better!

The Pizza is amazing and authentic to real Napoli’s style pizza. It is extremely great value for your money, and a must have experience. We had a fantastic time and the staff are extremely friendly. Massively recommend ♥️🍕✨

I visited London last weekend with my girlfriend and we decided to eat in this restaurant... the best trip choice! Here you can eat the real Napolitan pizza, very delicious. Everything remember you the south italy spirits, the flavours, the good wine and the owner kindness. Staff guys are very friendly and qualified. In my opinion the Bufalina is their best pizza! If you are in London, you must eating in this restaurant!

fantastic evening with Italian pizza, they use only Italian products of high quality. Friendly manager and funny pizza chef. You can enjoy an amazing pizza in a beautiful place. Little but comfortable. I will be back soon!

Being Italian, and with Napolitan origin, I’ve been looking for the best pizza in London since I came here. Johnny’s pizza really surprised me as it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, not only in London but in Italy too! Super fresh ingredients...

So glad they opened so close to our flat. We order basically every week we are so addicted to this pizza! The dough is so chewy, the best quality ingredients you can imagine, nothing in East London compares to this little place. Very filling, can...
