The best restaurants in South Cambridgeshire East of England

Unbelievably good !! Dropped in on my way back looking forward to a kebab but then realised it was cash only so having found £5 asked for a cheese burger @£4.50 and the server then offered me an upgrade for the £5 which was accepted without hesitation. The people behind the counter are the friendliest, most helpful, and you could tell proud of their establishment. The burger I got was without any shadow of a doubt the best burger I’ve had ANYWHERE and I’ve had a few !! This is definitely a place to visit as it’s quality and worth the extra mileage. Thank you everyone at Gourmet Kebab Caxton.

Such a little Gem. Very central with great inside and outside seating. Extremely friendly staff ,food and drinks are delicious and very well priced. Will definitely be returning here !! Also a good place to bring a laptop and get on with some work.

In general it was a very lovely experience, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and atmosphere of the café was lovely. The food and drinks are very high quality and the seating was very comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Honestly don’t normally write reviews but this was so good I had too , I can’t express how tasty it was and Sam is the man!!!

Loved this place. Popped in for a spot of breakfast and everything was excellent. New York baguette which was warmed and to die for and my wife had Brie, bacon and cranberry which was of similar quality, cappacino was sublime and finished off with an excellent strawberry milkshake. A fantastic little cafe that everyone would be proud to have on their doorstep.

Food is amazing, much better than other kebab shops in area. Bad bits are not enough parking spaces in peak hours and no toilet (there is toilet in petrol station though but not always open). Definitely will recommend and come back here.

Awful food. Chicken was tough and little flavour. Bhaji and samosas where clearly reheated and inedible.wont be using again
