Apon arriving at the cafe that is just a 2 min walk from the station past the shed, I was greeted by friend staff and atmosphere. I ordered a breakfast and was not disappointed when it arrived! Lovely portions and lovely food and to top it off I sat outside along the river 🤩 The cafe is dog friendly so my Labrador was over the moon when he was given a free dog treat 🦴

I recently tried the Chicken Tikka Biryani at Bellwaris , and it was amazing! The biryani was perfectly spiced with tender, flavorful chicken tikka. The portion was generous, and the raita added a great touch. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a delicious biryani experience!

My friends & I went here after browsing the local antiques shops. What a wonderful little place. It was quite busy but were seated fairly quickly. We all chose toasted sandwiches from their extensive menu. Between us we had chicken, cheese & ham melts, Deluxe BLT & a turkey, bacon & stuffing toasties, with coleslaw & salad on the side. We could not believe the size of the portions when they arrived. They were stuffed full of fillings, with some of the best coleslaw we have ever tasted. We all struggled to finish them they were such generous portions. The prices were so very reasonable, as we only paid £6.30 each. We all agreed it was one of the best lunches we had ever had. The staff were lovely & friendly too. We loved it so much we returned there for lunch 2 days later, where we had the most fabulously delicious & large burgers. 10 out of 10 both times. We promised to give favourable reviews as we could not fault it.

Parking is a joke, we stood in the bakery waiting to be served for 10 mins, then the young girl gunted and pointed to the bags and we was told help yourself. That I would be fine, however the number of customers handling the food was not great, when using dirty hands. Then we got to the till, the older lady was also rude, short to the point with no manners. We had not been for sometime and it's not the same. It's a shame, I will not be going back,

Cosy little cafe with good food and friendly staff, the ideal place for a stop off during a bike ride. Traditional breakfast was lovely, will deffo return. Will be nice sitting on the terrace when the weather warms up again.
