lovely food and very friendly. Children loved it too. sunday buffet was delicious and lots of choice, picking dishes straight from the menu

We came here as a party of 30+ over £500+ spent on the bar. Very disappointed to feel Like we were a pain and a nuisance to the team, constant eye rolls and tutting Waiting long time for drinks and no smile with service. Good(buffet) was amazing. Server I am referring mainly to I am told is called Rihanna. Our younger ones were in the bar area at 10.15 playing pool to be told this bar is now closing and u can go back next door and order one more drink!! I have spoken to the man who said was in charge and he acknowledged this was out of order. Still can’t help feeling aggrieved at how unwelcome we were made to feel. Even as I write this we are having eye rolls and sighing. Very disappointed for my mother in law who’s 70th it was and she was let down! Not happy at all.

Service ok.but charging £2.20 for cans of Tesco ginger beer you can buy 4in Tesco for a £1.it has real gone down hill shame it used to be good .

We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month.The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a wonderful team. They are always friendly and helpful, they actively try to recall your preferences.In these challenging times the team have still had big smiles and are ready to help!Excelllent!

Had Fish and Chips for lunch , was really disappointed the meal was cooked ok but I have never had such a small portion of fish in my life . My son in law said I have seen more fish in a fish finger and he was right . I was hungury and eat the meal hoping that should the waiter enquire if everything was ok I could show him my concern . He never showed up , when he came to collect the plate I told him I never complain but in this case was very disappointed with the fish portion size . He said he would tell the kitchen staff and that was that we left . Just a warning avoid food at this pub .
