Starbucks in Braintree

We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month.The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a wonderful team. They are always friendly and helpful, they actively try to recall your preferences.In these challenging times the team have still had big smiles and are ready to help!Excelllent!

Stacy our Barista provided us with quick service and some nice coffee and a couple of muffins. I was able to add more credit on my Starbucks Card and also exchange my Starbucks points for one free coffee which made it even better value! Great coffee, cakes and great service.

Sue and her team do a really good job, they are open early and nothing is too much trouble. It's clean and convivial a really good stop on the a12. I thoroughly recommend it.

You can never go wrong with Starbucks, with the UK being blessed with great weather I seem to be gravitating to the iced coffee's , but mainly the iced tea's. Incredibly refreshing and a great addition!

Como starbucks, este es uno de los buenos el café mi esposo me dice es preciosa y el té es muy bueno en realidad. Las mujeres (en su mayoría) son muy atento, eficiente y servicial.Las mesas y las sillas están quedando un poco gastado ahora pero por lo demás está limpio y ordenado.

I like to use this when going south on A 12 and the empire diner when going north which is opposite. Good spot, nice staff. This is a really good stop.

Lovely Starbucks - always clean and a nice location. Friendly staff and yummy food and drinks! We often come here instead of going to our closest one as it has a chilled atmosphere and doesn't get ridiculously busy.

Paramos para tomar un café en Starbucks en Rivenhall en un 12 (solía ser el chef poco). El servicio era muy lento. Mala atención al cliente. Demasiado caro. 20 p agregar si tienes una bebida de tamaño por qué!!!! No traiga su comida. El peor café del mundo. Demasiado caro. Nunca más!!!
