The best restaurants in Manvers Rushcliffe East Midlands

Our first time at Radcliffe Golf Club - and hopefully it won’t be our last. We attended this evening (as non-members) and had a really great evening. Delicious food, fantastic cabaret and a friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive and very helpful. All in all, a great way to spend a Saturday evening. Thank you … and more please!

We just stayed at The Chestnuts Country House and all the reviews are so true. The setting is beautiful, the room is stunning, with everything you need and more for us and our dog. We were even able to charge our car over night. The breakfast is superb, truly remarkable. Thank you so much Kelly and David we can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!

Do not go to this restaurant on Valentine’s Day. £50 each set menu for awful food. Steak was supposed to be pink and was well done. Gave us two shots of alcohol as an apology. £150 altogether, not worth the money. Not impressed, will not be returning.

Visiting with friends, this is a very clean and tidy pub with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, and a great selection of very well kept, regularly changing cask beers from independent brewers. Dog friendly, and the chef gave our dogs some meat offcuts which was a nice touch.

Owner shouted a lady out the pub after she went to the loo. That is not what a respectful staff member should do and I’m disappointed that that would happen in the local pub.
