We bought two packets of biltong today in St albans market at £11 per packet firstly a pricey purchase but we tasted a sample and took these home to find them both hard and normal biltong basically not much taste or spice as we were promised and the chilli one again hard and a 2/10 chilli taste rating my advice would be to steer clear of this expensive brand should have stuck to the local Bok and Rose in How Wood shame really as was hoping for nice fresh tasty Biltong
