Awful experience my daughter did not want to eat when we arrived and was told if I didn’t pay for because she was eating she would have to leave the restaurant and that we had to pay for her to sit even though she did not eat a single or item or have a drink

We have wanted to try this place for a long time but we live a long way from it Eventually made it on a Sunday evening Very busy. Had to book. It was not easy to order drinks although a lot of staff around. Not all food options available I hated to see the amount of wasted food on people's plates. People piling the plate up then taking a mouthful then pushing it aside for a waiter to dispose of. The quality of the food was debatable I do not think that 'all you can eat' places like this are helping the food wastage problem in the world and are not good for the environment We will not be returning as we prefer quieter surroundings, better service and better quality food. This type of restaurant is ideal for people who just want to pig out and waste food as in their heads they are not paying for it

A Street market type environment in a warehouse type of building. Very comfortable, good range of food choices on an "All you can eat basis". Close to the harbour front and good value for money. Pre-booking would be preferable, although there are walk-ins

I booked here for my twin sons' 17th birthday. I very nearly cancelled the reservation after reading some of the terrible reviews on here, but we decided to give it a go regardless. It was a Friday night so I expected it to be rammed. It was busy but not terribly so. We didn't have to queue more than a few seconds for any of the food stations. The food was better than I expected (although obviously food on this scale is never going to be 'fine dining') and there was just so much choice. Nothing was skimped upon. For example there were Chinese dishes absolutely bursting with prawns and meat were plentiful in all the dishes. The scale of the place is amazing and it is a real experience to visit. There were some tables next to a thoroughfare which probably wouldn't be great to sit at but there were plenty of booths and tables further out of the way, which were better. I would say worth a visit.

Didn't even get through the door. The que was insane, asked the security guy what happens if we have a booking, rudely told get to the back of the line like everyone else. Was told our table would only be held for 15 mins, there is no way we would have even made it through the front door by then. What is the point of booking if you just get chucked to back of the que with those that haven't booked. Not that Za Za Bazaars would care, but will not be going back.

Bof. It does the job. Good in the sense that each person can get whatever they want and there is a reasonable choice. Alas, the quality of the food is perhaps a bit average i.e. seems a bit bland/lacking in taste/flavour. The place was heaving when we went and the tables are exceedingly close together. Our table was on the edge of a walkway and a bit annoying people brushing by. (We moved the table a tad) But it is what it is. Sure we'll be back sometime. I felt reasonable value - particularly the amount our teenage lad ate!

Visited as a family group of 17 for my daughter’s 21st birthday this evening. Food was delicious and waiter was lovely. However 1hour 45 mins to sit order drinks and eat dinner and pudding is an absolute joke. We spent £300+ here this evening and 15 mins before the end of allocated time we had a manager (we presumed ) talking about us over her radio and making hand gestures to other staff members to basically get out table moving to leave and then just come and plonked our bill on the table. To say we felt rushed and in the way would be an understatement , and totally ruined our daughter’s birthday celebration. Very disappointed ☹️ Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

What a dive..... full of pot heads and hen weekends, ordered a gin and they served it in a half pin glass, paid for cokes and asked could I take them upstairs- was told yes.....BUT- guess what!! What a mess outside, fags, rubbish, messy tables. Rude servers, poor service, dive- overall what an awful place. Then the eatery upstairs- omg....if you're fond of a cattle market where everyone forgets they have manners and just eats and eats then you'll be fine! It was jammed with people, the staff were busy and tabels were cleared, rhe cooks were busy replenishing but it was so busy that you had to queue for everything and food therefore wasn't always hot

great all you can eat. chef's on hand to cook/reheat you own individual meal if thats what you want. great value for money and staff very helpful and polite from all over the globe. there are 5 food stations. desserts, ice cream and soft drinks. far east, European and Indian. you can pick and mix any or all of these.

It’s one of my partners children’s favourite restaurants and as we like all manor of foods is a perfect place for us to go. I had never been before and enjoy the variation of foods. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient and I found the lunch time menu price extremely good value. For £46 we had unlimited food for 2 adults and a child plus unlimited soft drinks. Not bad this day and age but I would recommend booking in advance and this can be done via the online booking system.

Not great. There were lots of empty tables and we asked for one near the window - to be told it “wasn’t available”, instead ushered to a packed seating area. I wanted to freshen my hands and went up to one of the service areas that had sanitiser dispensers ….. which was empty. I tried another. Empty too. How are staff supposed to keep their hands hygienic if there’s no sanitiser? Food is ok. The kids loved it, but not what it was when we first visited several years ago. Less choice, poorer quality. Wouldn’t even say it’s particularly ‘good value’ either. How much “all you can eat” can you actually eat at lunchtime, unless you’re clinically obese? 🤣 For example, several eateries on the water front offer 2 courses for £12 or £13 and saw one serving lunch and a drink for £9. The real sickener though was watching a young diner with a “healthy appetite” approach the chocolate fountain and stick his fingers in it! Nice 🤢

Went for dinner over the Easter weekend. Been wanting to visit for a while but finally got round to it as we were in the area. I never go to buffet restaurants with high expectations and glad I didnt this time. Plenty of food options which were constantly kept topped up. Good service from the waitress keeping our drinks flowing and plates cleared... Whilst food was fairly bland and mediocre, for the price.. you cant really complain.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about but mine isn't a bad review and drove over 2 hours to visit this place just to eat. Food was all nice had an array of all stations and nothing was bad. Came on a Friday dinner was busy got and hour and half to stay and had time for everything. Desserts were great and the ice cream was real ice cream unlike most eat all u can places which are usually watery and milky. Would recommend this place

Went for a birthday treat, booked 6 weeks ahead, we were sat right next to the toilets and as there were a lot of us and the restaurant being so busy didn’t feel we had the option to move, the toilet door was propped open by the staff whole time and I had a view right into the toilet stall which made me feel sick there was also a very loud speaker right next to us. I couldn’t enjoy my meal, won’t be going again for this reason and it is a shame as the food is fairly good for the price you pay.

Not good food. You have selection of buffet food but most of the food is mediocre nothing exciting. Staff are not polite and they try to Kik you out ain 1.30 hours time. If you go with family and friends you may not spend quality time.

i went there for my 13th birthday treat with my mum and we went it staff were lovely but we took our coats of and left them on our chairs to go get some food and in my mums pocket she had my 20 pound and other valuables we left and went shops and we realised it had been stolen i was shocked of how people can do that and have no remorse this world is crazy

Love this place. Return visit. Stayed in Bristol for a 3 night short break with friends who'd not been before. Told them they were in for a treat and booked a table for Saturday night. £20.99 per head, at as much as you like (and we did!). Fabulous choice of many foods from across the world. Hot, tasty and plentiful. Cakes to die for, just make sure you leave room for some! Staff very attentive, clearing used plates, etc. very quickly. Our friends loved it and said we would all return later in the year when we stay in wonderful Bristol again.
