Appalling service, made me feel really uncomfortable!! Completely disregarded me because I was on my own and refused to serve me! Felt like I had been singled out and was very uncomfortable, awful way to treat a female on their on own !!!!!

Brilliant food for an after session do. The customers here are famous!! You wait 30 years to see living colour, and then the lead singer walks in to the zozan!

Food is always good but it can be hit and miss with them getting the order right. Order tortilla and you get Pitta bread, order salad and it doesn’t come. However the food is good so it’s a shame that their attention to detail isn’t good.The way you order online is confusing. If you google zozan Buckley and go on the website ending .com the format of ordering is different than the url ending .co.uk.One website you can order 3 pcs of fried chicken and salad and sauces are free but on the other url they don’t do 3 pcs of chicken and a salad is £1 plus garlic mayo 60p.Please get your online ordering set up better Zozan because your food is very tasty otherwise you will lose customers.

I phoned up Zozan’s to place an order for Home Delivery, but was told “if you order online, you’ll save 10% off your order” so that is what l did. Now, it was the first time l have ordered a takeaway online, but it will be my last as l thought l had ordered ‘salad’ on all three meals, but it turned out l didn’t!So l phoned up to question it, and yes, it was my fault- l didn’t tick the salad box like l thought l had. So l said “l knew l should of ordered by phone. OK, l will order from somewhere else in future”. HAVING SAID THIS, I EXPECTED THE LADY I SPOKE TO SAY “OH, AS A GOODWILL GESTURE, I WILL DROP OFF A BAG OF SALAD” (or) “JUST MENTION IT NEXT TIME YOU ORDER AND WE WILL OFFER A DISCOUNT”. But nothing? l have just ripped their menu up and thrown it in the bin. If you like good customer care - AVOID!

Gone completely down hill! Food cold, so much grease it made me feel sick! Even the dog turned its nose up to it! Disgusting!

I have been using the online menu and ordering system for sometime now with the delivery option. It is a slick system & works really well. The kebabs are always excellent and I wouldn't use anywhere else. Highly recommended

I ordered three pieces of chicken, this involved a member of staff taking the chicken from the warming oven, wrapping it and handing it to me. There were three members of staff present, one of whom seemed busy, while the other two did 'busy work' and ignored me, after taking payment. Seven minutes later, I was handed a bag. When I got home and opened the bag, it contained three pieces of rock hard, bone dry matter that may once have been fried chicken. About a third of this matter was edible.I'm bemused by the behaviour of the staff at Zozan and naturally, I won't be returning there.

I’m always served with fresh and tasty food in Zozan kebab house. I must say that even in the rush hours the response was excellent, the food came surprisingly hot and on time. Well done and keep on doing the great work.Just love the doner meat and chips.

Ordered food from here again after having a little issue with food a few months ago, hoping it had changed and after speaking to others we decided to use them again, and are completely disappointed. Brand new website and doesn’t make a difference. Ordered chicken gojoun, chips and a can as a deal. It came wrapped up individually. The chicken was in a wrap considering I didn’t order a chicken wrap as it wasn’t even soft it was stale and hard, and the chips came covered in garlic mayo when I specifically pressed on little amount. Overall I am disappointed and won’t be using them again !

Love Zozan food always hot on delivery. Lovely staff,nice new menu with new food option. Now orders being taken via the Web with 10% discount. Worth a try if you haven't used them before. Pizzas are amazing and chicken burgers best in town.

Food is freshly made to order and tailored to your requirements. The staff are friendly and keen to help! We find the mixed kebab excellent value and always a tasty treat 😋
