It was my Mother's birthday and we decided on Zizzi last minute. Ricardo was amazing, he was polite, professional and funny. He made our evening an enjoyable experience like no other. We would highly recommend him as he took time to accommodate our wishes. Thank you Ricardo, you are star!!!

When I went to pay they told me my card declined, so, my friend used her card to pay. Later we realised they had charged us BOTH for the food (£50 each). When I contacted them they gave me an email to send my issue into. It has now been a month and I have heard nothing about any refunds for this fraudulent charge. Disgusting and disappointing from such a big chain.

I want to say the food was nice but unfortunately it wasn't. The pizza was dry as F. Salad was alright though Fortunatly the cooks do not use home made salad dressing The waitress ( the woman couldn't have been any worst)

We took a group of 10 adults, 7 children and a baby for a special occasion and could not have been better looked after by the staff here. We'd booked the wrong date, but were quickly accommodated and our pre-order was followed to the letter and served really quickly allowing us to get to our show nearby with plenty of time. We were even given a generous reduction on our bill for a few starters being a couple of minutes behind others. A special shout out to assistant manager Cristian. Accommodating a large group on the wrong day can't be easy but our visit was just brilliant. Thank you!

Came in for a quiet monday lunch and was greeted by neriya i think her name was. Lovely service from her. Was attentive the whole time and checked up regularly to ensure we were happy. Would be happy to return :)

Yestday was a lovely day at the restorant. The food was exquisite, cannot believe how delicious it is was. To top it all of, the costumer service was amazing particularly from one of the two staff members called Neria . The girl went above and beyond to ensure our comfortability and to accommodate our requests. Big well done to Zizi, highly recommend.

Very expensive place. The food quality is not at all upto mark. The quantity for the price is very less. The worst is yet to come i.e the Horrible services. When we went the restaurant was empty but the staff NERIJA was totally least interesting in serving us. Would never recommend anyone to visit this place. Please not a place to waste your hard earned money.

Went for a meal and the quality of the food was fantastic. And the service was perfect! I was served by a waitress called Nerija and credits go to her for making my experience so pleasant. Would definitely recommend this place

Had dinner tonight with my family food was good and the service was excellent . Anita the waiter suggested us some pizza and pasta which it’s was delicious. I fully recommend to go and eat at this restaurant.

Lovely spot in Wembley outlet, had a great meal before heading to the cinema next door. Amazing service, Anita and Martin were super friendly. The food is excellent, the rustica Sofia pizza filled me up and was able to bring a couple slices away. Will be back again.

Was given a pizza and told to cut it myself with a knife and fork as they had run out of pizza cutters. Even kitchen staff did not have a pizza cutter apparently. Then had audacity to ask for a tip when paying…..not sure where the standards have gone ?!

There wasn’t really much of an atmosphere, it was pretty quiet! Food was ok, nothing special but no real complaints. Food and drinks were all served but a little slow and staff done their jobs but I wouldn’t say they done anything about what you would expect

We visited the Zizzi's in the Wembley Outlet and our service and food was absolutely amazing. We came as a large group of about 40 and I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. They made sure everyone was happy and looked after and were extremely vigilant with the dietary requirements and allergies. I especially wan't to highlight Anita's service, she was so attentive and lovely. Food was also great!! Thanks Anita and team!

Lovely afternoon! Our servers were very help, polite & friendly.

The food was decent, although a tad on the expensive side for the portions. We expected more pepperoni on the pizza, since the menu boasted triple the pepperoni. The beef and chianti ragu was well presented and pretty tasty, although the wine was too strong for my liking. Pasta crisps on the house, which were unique. I would come back again, since the menu looks quite diverse and interesting.

Visited on a non-event night, quiet but atmosphere still good. Garlic bread with caramelized onions & mozzarella is sensational, and how could you resist a pizza called The Sticky Pig. Highly recommended!

Great service. Lovely food. The assistant manager was very accommodating and friendly. She was so kind to have a quick chat with me while waiting for my food as I was alone that time but because of her service I didn’t feel being on my own during my lunch time. On top of that, I was so surprised she gave me a FREE ICE CREAM! (Perfect for a sunny weather).

We visited the Zizzi outlet at LDO quite late in the evening on a weekday. The lady who attended to us was very mindful of checking for allergies and ensured prompt service. Service with a smile makes all the difference. Really appreciated the staff serving us one of their last orders of the evening while clearing up. We didn’t feel rushed at all and quite enjoyed the food and service.
