Really wonderful dining experience

We recently visited Zizi in Wembley and I must say that the experience was elevated by the exceptional service of Ricky. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that he is dedicated to providing an outstanding dining atmosphere. Ricky greeted us warmly and ensured that we were seated promptly, despite the restaurant being quite busy due to a busy event being on. Throughout our meal, he checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, showing genuine care. Moreover, Ricky handled a minor issue with our order with grace and professionalism, turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. He went above and beyond to make amends! We shall definitely be returning.

Came to this Zizzi after Disney on ice this evening, Ricky & the team are so supper at what they all do! Food was lovely & they were great with ourselves and our little girl! Thank you for Finishing our evening so lovely! 💗

Exceptional Service at Zizzi – Thanks to Chris & Ricky! We had a fantastic dining experience at Zizzi, thanks to the outstanding service from Chris and Ricky. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that every detail of our evening was perfect. Ricky was incredibly attentive, making sure our orders were spot on and checking in just the right amount to ensure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience all the more enjoyable. Chris’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious—he made our daughter feel extra special. The food was delicious, but the service made it truly memorable. It’s rare to find a team that balances efficiency with genuine warmth, but Chris and Ricky did just that. Their passion for hospitality was evident, and it made our family dinner feel like a special occasion. If you’re dining at Zizzi, I highly recommend asking for Chris and Ricky. They made our visit outstanding, and we’ll definitely be returning thanks to them!

I went tonight and the pasta was really bad, extremely over cooked and soggy, I suspect they heated leftover pasta with more boiling water. The chicken in the sauce rubbery and all around shockingly bad. I ordered a red pesto which tasted nothing like pesto no basil on it and bizarrely had big chunks of raw spring onion on top like someone dropped it at the end by mistake on my plate. My husband had another sauce with creamy chicken and the chicken in that tasted funny so he put aside. I’m giving 2 stars because the staff was very friendly and my son’s margarita pizza was very good. So maybe only the pizzas are good, but stay away from the pasta dishes.

Nerija was friendly and pleasant. She was patient when taking our orders. The drinks were brought over promptly. The meals were likewise prompt to the table. My reason for marking down the food was the heavily dressed salad. It was so coveted in an unnecessary dressing it was inedible. I prefer a lightweight dressing if any. The main meals were tasty.

The food was on point. I had the Classic Pepperoni Campagna, it was so delicious. Pair it with some kombucha, you are good to go!

The food was packed with a lot of flavour! The mushroom brindisi and Mozzarella and tomato arancini are a must try! Vicky's service was fantastic and was quite kind and was really helpful! Great Food + Warm Service, what else do you need!! Must visit!

A lovely meal. Pizzas for all. tasty toppings and a nice thin crust. Attentive service from all staff. cool decor.

Ricky was our waiter for the night attending to a lot of our requests. His charisma was charming and refreshing, and his service was done with style and class. Coming back here again for the wonderful atmosphere and great food!

The team at Zizzi’s Wembley was super welcome and friendly. They happily helped us order all items we wanted despite multiple amendments being done. The service was quick and very efficient. They food was great quality and the flavours amazing. Special shout out to Anita and Ricardo for their amazing service! Definitely worth visiting and we will be coming back!

We had a family lunch this afternoon. We throughly enjoyed the food and the waitress was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again.

Excellent service. Friendly, attentive, and efficient staff. Very good food and diverse menu. The speciality pastas are great. Music volume not too loud. Air-con is excellent and has a high ceiling. Price is reasonable. Good value and quality. I regularly travel for work and often return to this place.

So so good. We went to Italy recently and the food at this Zizzi was definitely on par if not better. Will definitely come again. The Italian waitress was very friendly too. Bravo!!!

Chilled place to have a meal and a chat. Food is alright. Big menu with many choices but taste of the food didn’t impress me. Service was good and fast.

First time at Zizzi in Wembley LDO and we had a fantastic experience!! From the food, to the customisations, to the service; we were served with a smile and accommodated for. Hats off to the chefs for the amazing food. The fondue sharing platter and the calzone were spot on! A personal thanks to our server Spasko who was amazing, quick and always came back with answers. Definitely coming back to this branch again!

Went for dinner before a show in Wembley, the service staff were absolutely amazing, really friendly and accomodating, the lovely Nerija in particular who served us. Relaxed atmosphere, where you don't feel like you are being rushed out of the restaurant. Pizza is always up to scratch, and a comprehensive allergen menu is available, perfect for guests with dietary requirements.

We came in here, when it was very busy (Black Friday), but we were amazed how fast and friendly the staff was. The food was great and we both felt satisfied. No profiteroles :( but next time put it everywhere please, because it’s so tasty Thank you very much it was a lovely evening D+T K

Anita was a great person she did everything by herself that’s shows how much passion and love she has for hospitality. The food was amazing and the atmosphere brilliant.

A great place to meet up with a friend. We had pizzas, both of which were lovely. Christian, our waiter was very helpful and friendly. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as at one point we were the only ones in there but of no fault of the restaurant, it was just a quiet time to visit. I would revisit again and recommend to others.

AVOID! Shockingly bad! Pasta came burnt how can you burn pasta! Second dish was full of water, definitely watered down the leftover sauce! both pasta dishes were uneditable! Manager rude and unprofessional! No wonder place was empty! Atmosphere poor! Disappointing because there are so much better ZiZi just not this one! Wish I read the reviews before even entering this place!

First time at a Zizzi which surprised me as I love Italian cuisine. I was not disappointed. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff were amazing. So professional yet really friendly. Had mushrooms to start and chicken pasta for main and couldn’t finish it all. Hubby had the calamari and Salmon and said both were great. Portion sizes are really good. The raspberry mojitos went down a treat. Will definitely be going back my only worry is whether the service will be as good in the one local to me. Thanks team!
