Taylor was a really lovely host, she was new to the job but handled it well and was very polite and friendly :) food was amazing

Waitress did not inform us about al a cart lunch menu so we overpaid. Waitress didn’t inform us that the experience card we were using was single use regardless of how much of the £49 we spent on it so we were ripped off.

We had a lovely meal at Zizzi Telford yesterday. We had already spoken to Georgia at lunch time and needed to be flexible. She was very accommodating. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and good value for money.

Ordered food at 4.55pm for delivery 6.45pm, that changed on the ap to 7.00 to 7.20pm and then 7.30 to 7.55pm, finally arrived at 7.32pm after I chased it up. Food was very enjoyable. Just a shame they couldn't get it here at around the requested time especially with two hours notice and adding a surcharge which is not optional (so wrong). This was not the delivery drivers fault, actually very fast delivery. But the restaurants.

We popped in for lunch and were served by Emmanuel, he was very polite and well spoken, took our drink and food order, food was lovely, just enough for us 2. No complaints at all, gave a tip via card machine which is shared out however if we carried cash would definitely of tipped him a little extra. Fab and friendly service :)

Meal for 4 of us with two kids, 4 and 10 months. Good care for allergy issues but Zizzi could help a bit more by providing an interactive filtered menu as the 30 page pdf is a bit long winded to read on a phone screen. Food was nice and venue was clean 🙂 overall a nice meal out.

I'm not one to leave such a negative review, and have never left a restaurant without paying before, but I was shocked at the experience of our visit here. We were provided with the most abysmal customer service. Upon complaining we were not apologised to or provided with a solution, the manager thought it best to argue her side that they didn't have enough kitchen staff and that we had no grounds to be disappointed with the service. Her attitude was that it's the customers problem that they were short for staff. We just didn't seem to be getting anywhere close to feeling like we were understood. We were told we could get a discount as if that was reasonable considering we were having to leave without our last course and the service up to that point was shocking. Our children were upset and we had just had the most frustrating and drawn out meal. We explained that a discount isn't going to be sufficient to make up for this and that we weren't happy to pay. The manager told us 'fine, just leave then'. Our experience below: We were seated straight away but no one came to take our drinks orders. We could see all four of the female staff chatting in the corner of the bar. After such a long time waiting we had to flag down someone. We were spoken to like an inconvenience with no apology for the lack of service on this first interaction. We then had the same issue with our food order. Our food order came out with sides missing. One came after we had eaten most of our food and the other side came out when plates were being cleared it was that late, after chasing it up twice. Dessert (for the children only) was a scoop of ice cream and a pot of grapes and for whatever reason we were still waiting after almost half an hour. We were sat with dirty tables all around us which were not cleaned for the entire time we were there. The food was ok but the drinks were warm and they gave us two glasses between five of us to share for our water, no one coming to the table at all to ask us how the food was, to see if we needed any more drinks or food. If we needed anything we literally had to get up and walk around the restaurant to find a member of staff. There were other customers that were in the same position having to get up and walk to the kitchen to get any customer service. I hope that this treatment of customers is limited to this particular zizzi restaurant. We will be telling friends and family not to go there, especially with children.

Very dissatisfied and upset with our visit. The waiter we were greeted by lacked training / social skills, and seemed confused when asked if there was a table for 3 adults and 2 children. It wasn’t a welcoming greet, it seemed awkward. We were not offered high chairs. We were not given crayons for the kids menus. Any time we needed service we had to call someone over. No one came to take a drink or food order, until they were asked. We witnessed other customers struggling with the same issue. One gent had to get out of his chair to order a drink. And then had to get up again to ask for a knife and fork. Another customer was trying for a while to flag someone down for a desert menu Despite it being quiet and the staff not seeming rushed or very busy, the tables surrounding us had dirty plates on from diners who had already been and left before we arrived. They remained dirty for our entire visit, which put a dampener on the overall feel of the restaurant. Bit of an eye sore to sit surrounded by dirty tables for the whole visit. One side order was forgotten about, we had to ask for it, and it came 15 minutes after the mains. One side order came out so late that they cleared our empty plates at the same time as serving the side We were done with our meal at this point and didn’t want it. We waited so long for the kids deserts, despite chasing the staff several times, that we gave up, cancelled them and left the restaurant. The whole thing felt like such a disaster. The restaurant feels like it’s lacking proper management and proper training for staff. The manager we complained to had no ability to resolve conflict and handled the complaints like they were personal attacks. ‘Don’t pay for anything then!’ We were told it was due to being understaffed, however it wasn’t busy, and non of the staff members looked busy. And when it costs £100 to feed 3 adults and 2 children, we shouldn’t feel the effects of understaffing. The kids left feelings stressed and upset. They just wanted to leave instead of waiting for desert. As parents of young children, the visit felt stressful and chaotic. If you have young children, or you just want a pleasant, easy going experience, avoid at all cost. The problems are not with the menu / food, but with the staff / service. Restaurant needs proper management and staff need training.

Pizza was mediocre at its best - we ordered the set menu ( please don’t, its an absolute joke ) with the 2 different pepperoni pizza’s and we got one pizza that had 5 mini slices of pepperoni on and , surprise, the other one was a margherita. Never again !

Ate here today, pizzas were decent but Lukewarm, by the time you get half way through it was cold, no biggie, we all eat cold pizza, right? It's not cheap so I wouldn't return for lukewarm food.

We popped in for lunch, friendly greeting and quickly to a table. The lasagna I ordered came cold in the centre, when it did come back piping hot it was delicious. The caramel cheesecake was the star of the meal though. However, I would say for a quiet restaurant with many staff everything felt very slow. We waited a while to get our bill and to pay even with just us and 1 other table in the restaurant. The restaurant ran better when busy. The set menu is very well priced!

Amazingly good food. The presentation of the food was beautifull. The flavours was interessting and different. The venue was fun, hip and trendy with a calm but nice atmosphere. Very inviting. We arrived an hour before closing and felt a bit rushed, but they otherwise showed great service with trying to adjust dishes after spesial requests. And otherwise they took good care of us, and we totally understand that we arrived a bit on the late side. The facilities was clean and even offered hand lotion! The outdoor seating was also very nice. Highly recomend this resturant, both for jusy the food. But also for a nice evening out.

Went for my birthday and overall it was an okay experience. However, they appeared to be under staffed and it took a long time for our drinks and food to arrive. The food was quite nice, however the carbonara was under seasoned and had no cheese so was very bland. Although the food was okay, in my opinion it was over priced for what you get. The staff were also hot very friendly. Again, this may have been down to being understaffed, however it was not the best experience and I'm not sure I'd return.

Had a lovely evening. Tegan and Evie looked after us. Was a busy Monday night and they were both buzzing round making sure service was on point. They were clearly busy but at no point did the good service suffer. Food was great! Not sure about Tegan’s choice in football team!

Overall experience here was great. The garlic bread starter was amazing very nice and great portion size. The prawn starter was lovely and tasty and very well presented. The salmon main was nice but a little overdone and dry but flavour was still good. The pizza was lovely, huge portion size and good value. Lovely quiet atmosphere. Overall great.

We were seated promptly and our server was lovely, very helpful advising us to get the app which currently has a promotion for free Garlic bread and 50% off mains which was great! Saved us a lot of money. The food was delicious as always and piping hot! Zizzis never disappoints!

Ryan has been my waiter for the last 2 nights I have been to zizzis in Telford and does an absolutely Amazing job. So professional, chatty and friendly. He deserves a pay rise! Haha. Brilliant food too. Will definitely be back

A big no for me!!! Antipasti...I had arancini, frozen rice balls with no flavour but let's talk about the mains...well, my partner ordered a pasta dish , and I wasn't surprised to be honest , many pasta dishes in the UK are overcooked, but that spaghetto was almost melting in my mouth like porridge and the only flavour in my mouth was sweetness. But the worst was what Zizzi call "pizza" ...omg ...it was like tortilla wrap with bland tomato paste mixed with water . Some traces of cheese on top and tasteless frozen chicken slices on top . The service was nice and friendly , the place is clean . But whoever is in charge of the menu at Zizzi's should be arrested. Horrendous, never again.

The waitress Tegan made it the most enjoyable time out for a meal. She has amazing customer service and kept us laughing the whole time. Perfect for the job!

Really nice gluten-free menu! 3 courses for under £30, bargain! My gluten-free pasta was cooked perfectly, and that is no easy feat. Gluten free brownie with ice cream was delicious and some very tasty cocktails. Service was on point, helpful, friendly,prompt, but not intrusive. Highly recommend and I will defiantly be going back

It was phenomenal as per usual. Food was amazing minimal wait time and was made perfectly. Service provided from a gorgeous girl Zarah I believe was outstanding also - she made sure me and my partners needs were catered to perfectly and it ran smooth. 100/10 will be back again!!!

Our server at Telford, Evie, was amazing. The only issue we encountered was that the contactless service didn’t give us an option to add a tip (or at least it wasn’t made clear). As a cashless establishment this is undoubtedly having an impact on the ability of the staff to receive well deserved tips.

We have been coming here every week for the last month and each time Farrah has served us, she is so lovely and welcoming and just a joy to speak to. Kieran helps us out with our bill as we needed to separate between 6 of off and he took the time to split it into 3 and redo it all for us. This is our new place to go as a family, thank you all, oh the seabass was beautiful and very tasty.

Had a lovely meal at zizzis Telford on sat 13th April with my husband. Food was exceptional,although it was busy we didnt have to wait long for food. Came piping hot. Thank you to Farrah ,our waitress ,she was so kind. Would definatly recommend zizzi's.

Thanks to Tegan for looking after us, was told there might be a wait due to it being busy but food was super fast and delicious. Great stuff. Hope Wolves pick up a win for you.

Tegan looked after us good and proper, perfect amount of chat, and the food was tasty. Classic shrinkflation on the pizza and arancini since the last time I had it, but no surprise there. Remember to Avoid chains where possible.

Staff on break all together when we arrived, so slow welcome but eventually seated. We asked if we could use our vouchers, to be told "Yes" but when requested bill was told we couldn't on the set 3 coarse menu, only full price menu ! Would have been nice to be told this at the start. Thos is the 2nd time we have tried to use vouchers, last time in Birmingham, restaurant didn't allow them !

Evie and Zarah provided good service during our visit on Tuesday evening. Especially when I had an issue with my meal, they continued to provide a good service and an enjoyable experience. We will be back soon

I been there on the 1 of April. After I was waiting on the table for 15 minutes I been aproce by,I beleve the manager that he was asking me of I scaned the code to get the order. Well if it was this tipe of sistem of scanning the code and then order, the waitres that broth me on the table shall told me.. It is an restaurant understaffed where the managers need to work on the floor as waiters, instead of managing the restaurant shift, jut to bring more profit for the owners
