Everything was brilliant, lovely restaurant with friendly and happy staff, prompt service with tasty food!

Had a great festive set menu. Food was amazing and service was fast and attentive. Evie ensured we had all we needed during our visit!

My experience was just perfect . Emmanuel was just amazing for us and the whole team was just incredible. Will 100% come back. Would recommend to everyone!

Quite a nice restaurant although a bit pricey for the quality of their food.

Excellent food, but service felt very rushed and pushy to order starters and mains at the same time. Too often we have experienced mains coming out whilst still eating our starter. Unacceptable. We ordered the garlic bread for starters but were only offered onions.....nothing about chilli and cheese. To which we would have ordered if offered. Then when we ordered starters the waitress proceeded to ask us what we want for mains....to which we said we will die ded after we have eaten are starter (knowing you lot rush everything out so fast) which is bizarre as 50% of the restaurant is empty. She then advised us everything is "timed" so we should order out mains also. To which I replied I couldn't care less about your timed runs....I'm here to enjoy dinner and at my own pace. She walked off with a sour face. The table next to us then we're eating their starter and their mains came out whilst still eating. Stop rushing people and let them enjoy their food. If there was a queue of people outside the door I would understand. Sort it out Restaurant Telford South water Saturday night

Christmas Party for work on 7th December 🎅🎄 Great to have a restaurant that successfully caters for large groups and manages to serve courses without too much waiting. Food and atmosphere was great! Super efficient and friendly service for the evening eas provided by Evie and Georgia who made sure everyone attending had an enjoyable time - well done to the Zizzi team!

Food was very nice. Served very quickly which was fab. We was given a booth as it was our anniversary. Zarah, Evie & Ryan were fantastic very polite and bubbly had a lovely evening.

Amazing Food but really expensive

Was a very lovely meal , the atmosphere was very warm and a good ambiance. Cameron did a wonderful job at attending to our needs and wants, whilst also making sure we were satisfied with everything. Overall such a wonderful experience am very pleased :)

me and my boyfriend went here for a delightful meal, the service was impeccable, we were served by ryan, he was so helpful navigating the menu, he made us have the most special evening, so polite, well spoken and confident. The restaurant was clean, tidy and the vibes were immaculate, thank you for a great evening, couldn’t recommend this place more

Me and my friend came for the Christmas set menu and Zarah and Charlene were amazing hosts.

We were served by Meg and Charlene and there were brilhante. Special Charlene she was so kind and helpful to us. What a lovely girl, with a beautiful smile. hope the restaurant value such an amazing staff as she made our time so special. Food was amazing and very tasty. Highly recommended

Food was good but a little on the expensive side for the quality. Evie was really nice and an attentive server. Tables seemed too close together as i felt like i was practically sat with the couple next to us lol but overall lovely. Evie!!!

really nice this evening. we came in with 2 young children at 5pm and good quick service and food.. food was amazing unfortunately when paying bill we were not allowed to use tesco vouchers on set menu which was never mentioned when we said we had vouchers at the beginning.

Great night out with the family for my birthday! We had Ryan looking after us and he was a diamond. Excellent service, great food and all served with a smile! Ryan even arranged to have a special dessert made up when he learned it was my birthday. Had a great night, highly recommend and will definitely be coming again!

Food was lovely but when I ordered the food before 6pm I selected the time slot for around 7pm delivery. The app didn’t change to preparing food until gone half 7pm. Delivery driver was great and picked up the order and arrived very quickly after the app changed to order on the way. Food was delivered at 8pm.
