Food delicious. Cameron our server was polite and helpful. The only negative is that as someone with a gluten allergy, there was no physical menu and so it was very awkward to choose a meal by using zizzi,s allergy app. On the positive side there was plenty gluten free options but it would be easier and customer friendly to have an actual gluten free menu to look at like everyone else.

Had a great festive set menu. Food was amazing and service was fast and attentive. Evie ensured we had all we needed during our visit!

Excellent food, but service felt very rushed and pushy to order starters and mains at the same time. Too often we have experienced mains coming out whilst still eating our starter. Unacceptable. We ordered the garlic bread for starters but were only offered onions.....nothing about chilli and cheese. To which we would have ordered if offered. Then when we ordered starters the waitress proceeded to ask us what we want for mains....to which we said we will die ded after we have eaten are starter (knowing you lot rush everything out so fast) which is bizarre as 50% of the restaurant is empty. She then advised us everything is "timed" so we should order out mains also. To which I replied I couldn't care less about your timed runs....I'm here to enjoy dinner and at my own pace. She walked off with a sour face. The table next to us then we're eating their starter and their mains came out whilst still eating. Stop rushing people and let them enjoy their food. If there was a queue of people outside the door I would understand. Sort it out Restaurant Telford South water Saturday night

Went a few days before Christmas (booking advised at this time of year). It was very busy but had prompt and great service from Zarali & Ryan. Friendly but professional, different courses came quite quickly and food was lovely

Christmas Party for work on 7th December 🎅🎄 Great to have a restaurant that successfully caters for large groups and manages to serve courses without too much waiting. Food and atmosphere was great! Super efficient and friendly service for the evening eas provided by Evie and Georgia who made sure everyone attending had an enjoyable time - well done to the Zizzi team!

Food was very nice. Served very quickly which was fab. We was given a booth as it was our anniversary. Zarah, Evie & Ryan were fantastic very polite and bubbly had a lovely evening.

Was a very lovely meal , the atmosphere was very warm and a good ambiance. Cameron did a wonderful job at attending to our needs and wants, whilst also making sure we were satisfied with everything. Overall such a wonderful experience am very pleased :)

me and my boyfriend went here for a delightful meal, the service was impeccable, we were served by ryan, he was so helpful navigating the menu, he made us have the most special evening, so polite, well spoken and confident. The restaurant was clean, tidy and the vibes were immaculate, thank you for a great evening, couldn’t recommend this place more
