Zizzi - Telford in Telford and Wrekin

Slow service, seated at 7, plates still on table waiting to be cleared at 9pm. Staff stood doing nothing in the mean time. Had to ask for cutlery for my dessert to which I was given a dirty spoon. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything else and gave us the bill.

Really poor will not come back again there service is shocking and the waiters are rude I spent more time looking round for cutlery and also to charge £5 for a portion of chips which is so small is not good at all the food was also not even warm when it came out will not be returning

Ryan and Charlene are some of the best servers I have ever experienced in my 24.8 years on this planet. I plan to return to zizzi many more times & am delighted with the splendid confectionary here at this amazing establishment.

Staff are amazing and very attentive. Food was spot on and fresh (not microwaved like some other Italians) saw it all being cooked and it tasted amazing. Great menu and selection. Definitely be coming back and would highly recommend for any Italian lovers.

It was little early in the evening so it was quite quiet, but that meant we could enjoy some excellently cooked food and be served by the lovely Georgia. Well done to you all. A credit to yourselves and the company.

Good food and service but we were over charged. We had a taste card discount but this wasn’t the amount entered when I paid by card, it was the full amount, before discount. I didn’t notice this till I got home and saw notification of what was charged to my card. Soured this experience.

Me & my partner always come here for a bite to eat as we are locals to Southwater. I recently booked a a table of 20+ people & the staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate for us all. All the food was great, service was quick & attentive. Would always recommend 👍🏻

I arrived here on Saturday at 6:15pm with a hungry toddler after attempting to eat else where and not being served our food after a 1hour wait. Staff were very helpful and prompt, ensuring that we were comfortable and that we were served timely. Lovely food and great experience, we would definitely eat here again.

Exceptional service from Joslyn who was attentive from start to finish. Went beyond the extra mile to causing us to feel welcome and her recommendations were very much appreciated. Actively listening to our questions & extremely patient throughout with a joyful and communicative approach; caused us to feel relaxed. Additionally, her colleagues were also attentive & considerate. Atmosphere was pleasant and relatively peaceful. Food portions were decent, tasty and delighted we decided to dine there.

I visited Zizzi for a late Thursday dinner with my friend, and we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young man who seated us at a great table near the kitchen, giving us a nice view of the action. Our order was taken promptly, and shortly after, another friendly staff member brought our food, making sure we had everything we needed. He even helped us sign up for a 30% discount off our bill and kindly provided takeaway containers for our leftover pasta (which made a perfect lunch the next day!). I always love a trip to Zizzi — it’s one of my favorites. Thank you, Michael and Ryan, for the excellent service. Keep up the great work!

We walked in asked for 3 people said no booking fully booked people behind us got table for 2 without booking asked kindly for the reason and we ve been told they can serve 3 but can serve 2. Booked via system they accepted waiter declined us again with our reservations

Pizza was cold, burnt & rock solid. I was offered a new one or a different meal but it would have been a wait and others would have already finished their meal. Good job I had a started and a salad mt keep me going. Nothing special, don't think I'd go again

We came for the valentines menu and it really didn’t disappoint food was lovely. Me and my boyfriend came for valentines. I have never seen the restaurant so busy however, the staff still made sure to deliver a friendly, fast service. Zarah was our server and she was amazing!

Food delicious. Cameron our server was polite and helpful. The only negative is that as someone with a gluten allergy, there was no physical menu and so it was very awkward to choose a meal by using zizzi,s allergy app. On the positive side there was plenty gluten free options but it would be easier and customer friendly to have an actual gluten free menu to look at like everyone else.
