Came here last weekend (Sunday) with my husband and had such a lovely meal. The staff were attentive and offered great service. They asked if we had any allergies or dietary requirements as we were seated. There were none but still it was nice to be asked before ordering any drinks to be sure. The food was served promptly and was really tasty and presented well. Starters were garlic bread and creamy mushrooms and mains were 2 pizzas but were delicious. Not been to a zizzis before but will definitely return.

We have visited Zizzis more times than I can remember, mainly the Lincoln one. However we rarely visit this Meadowhall location. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lady, who was fairly rude and not very accommodating whatsoever. However the other server was extremely polite and very helpful and the food was wonderful as usual.

Diabolicle Not busy as restaurants go, seated and ordered drinks came... Waited for the olives but never came waited for well over half an hour ( others served mains who had arrived much later) When it finally came barely warm and sent back to be replaced. Another 15 mintes and still nothing left hungry and dissapointed won't return.

Had a brilliant experience here for the first time i'd been. I got a pacantti pizza which was unreal and loaded fries. The service was spot on aswel. I will defo be visiting again

Usually my child's favourite place to go to in meadow hall. Ordered chicken skewer which comes with a honey dip,only reason he has it is for the honey dip..Starter came out no honey dip ran out.Fair enough tell people that when they order. Also ordered the Pizza with honey on it.No honey sauce ,same again tell people when they order so they have the choice to change.. Prawn Linguine was so bland and tasteless .. Don't think my child wants to go Zizzi anymore.Which is fine by me.

My family and I had a wonderful meal at Zizzi Meadowhall on Saturday. The selection of food and quality of food here is amazing. We were also impressed by the attentive, friendly nature of our server, Ruchika. We can’t wait to return. :)

Really great place!! The food was amazing, the atmosphere is well built despite being in a busy food court, and the staff were lovely. Ruchika in particular was lovely, made sure to check on us and made sure we had everything we need, and it was really sweet to see her attending to one of the kids of another family that was there.

Staff let this down, seem to be more interested in chatting with each other and not paying attention to customers. Every time we needed something we had to try and wave shout or just wait whilst they carried on chatting! Food was fabulous!!!!! 👍👏

Was waiting 10 mins to be seated and no one even interested of us, it wasn’t busy that day, only 2 persons were waiting for food. Decided to go to pizza express across where we’ve been seated within few seconds. Shame

Really disappointed as we turned up as a table of two at 20 to 9:00 and was turned away abruptly due to “staffing issues” there was multiple staff on and the restaurant was not even at 1/4 capacity. The waitress who turned us away was very rude, and took a while to acknowledge us. Not impressed due to being open until 10:00pm

I went this evening with my family member for a lovely meal. I chose one of their under 700 calorie meals and it was absolutely delicious and filling. Service was amazing, food fresh and wait time was fantastic. Will definitely be returning. Also worth noting that we got 50% off main courses by using the ap. I am not sure if this was a one off promotion but it made the e experience even better.

The staff were lovely and service was really good. I had the seabass which wasn't cheap and was so disappointed when it arrived the portion size was tiny. I'm not a big eater but even I was still hungry after. It was delicious but won't be back

Wouldn't bother if you actually wanted to eat. We waited 20 minutes and still noone had taken our drinks order. Had to ask 3 times for kids' menus. Gave up and went elsewhere. I know they're busy but 20 minutes without even drinks is just ridiculous.

The food was very good and enough to fill you up. Our waitress was Ruchika and she was very nice and helpful, over all the food and customer service was excellent here. Very polite people!!!

Ruby was so helpful. We were having trouble with the zillionaires app and she helped. She’s friendly and extremely hard working, running about from table to table ensuring people had a great dining experience.

We love coming to the Meadowhall Zizi’s as it’s a family welcoming venue. We bring our three year old and he loves the whole experience. Ruby always welcomes him which makes our dining experience so much easier with a little one. Thank you, Ruby!

My Fonduta Formaggi was lit! It was special! The way it was pleasing to the nose, to the tastebuds, to the sight! The slices of seasoned bread was classically upthere! The Honey Cheescake was 5*! The glass of water in the Cola tumbler was icy and ideal! Dommy&Micheal were on the bal. rUBY was a legit host! She brought me a waterglass even though I was yet to get a drink which speak volumes about how accommodating she is. Nothing was too much for her! Definitely guys, if there's a v tall blonde youngwoman hosting, that's rUBY-a gentle giant! I felt more&more comfortable the way she took care of me making sure I was catered for and v including. She remembered the vast majority of the cheess in my starter-that's the sign of a classic team member/leader;she was engaging with different types of guests from those kids who were quarky&reserved&extraneed and those laidback kids and those elderly+dates.

I visited with my Mum & 16 year old son. I was greeted by a wonderful waitress who was 100% clued up about my coeliac disease. My Mum and son joined me and we were attended to very promptly. Our drinks and food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The waitress/front of house was amazing, really helpful, friendly and went over and above in her job. She couldn’t do enough for us. Service with a smile & a genuine happy, friendly person.

I don’t usually write reviews but feel ripped off! Meal was very expensive for what it was & beware when you get seated & they give you a tiny bowl of crisps they will charge you £2.95!

Our experience at Zizzi was outstanding the customer service was exceptional and friendliness of the restaurant staff was above and beyond. Ollie from the moment we arrived made our experience one that we shall remember, he was an absolute gentleman and so professional a real credit to your restaurant.

Myself and my partner had an awful experience here today. Food wasn't great but the staff were horrendous. The kitchen is open and the staff were just all stood around looking bored, swearing at each other, shouting at each other and eating bits of the food. The waitress filmed us without permission. Complained to the manager and got an apology but that's as far as it went. I've been to many Zizi restaurants but this will be the last time. Such a shame that we felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable during our lunch time.
